  • Perfect getaway

"This cottage was perfect for my boyfriend and I. Overall the place was very clean and neat. The best part about this place was the location. It is literally within walking distance of anything on Main Street. The only complaint I have is that the key that was left for us for the front door didn't work. Whenever we wanted to leave we had to go through the back door and the snow was not cleared off the back way into the cottage. The kitchen is smaller, very tiny fridge. But that wasn't a huge deal because we went out for meals anyway. The bed was comfortable and clean, the shower was large and clean as well. Overall this place was great and I would recommend it to anyone!"

  • Great place!

"Had a great time in Breckenridge. The house was great, well stocked kitchen, plenty of room and it was nice having a washer/dryer. The creek was beautiful but wish had access to it. Only draw back, especially having teenagers with, no wifi. Would stay here again and plan to do so. Thank you Rick for letting us stay in your home."

  • Perfect location & cozy condo!

"We had an amazing time staying at this condo. It overlooks the Main Street of Breckenridge and a beautiful view of the mountains. Walk right downstairs and you are in downtown Breck. Can't beat the location. The condo itself was very clean & accomodating. Will be staying here again for sure!"

  • Cute little condo!

"I thought this condo was pretty much perfect. Although smaller than you would think, it had everything we needed. We were able to fit 7 adults in their 20s and 30s in the condo. The 2.5 baths is great and the kitchen was very large with plenty of seating. I thought the location was perfect. There is a bus stop across the street that can bring you to the lifts. It is also an easy walk to main street, especially the Breckenridge Brewery. My only 2 "complaints" (its a stretch to call it a true complaint) is the condo is kind of small and was difficult for us to all sit comfortably in the living room and we had to wait to get in the hot tub one night because it was too full. I think I am being too picky! Overall, great place. I would stay here again."
