  • Wonderful chalet in the heart of Breckenridge

"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this charming home in Breckenridge. We needed a quiet weekend away and that's exactly what we experienced. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of -- from labels on the light switches and window blinds to instructions on using the hot tub and fireplace. Bonnie was very responsive with questions we had before we arrived, and she was a delight to work with. The home was exactly as described - no surprises. One of the best things about this home is how close you are to everything in town - just a short drive to the grocery store or restaurants. Yet the neighborhood was quiet and felt secluded. We intend to come back soon with our adult kids so they can experience it as well. It was a memorable weekend and we didn't want to leave, but we're looking forward to returning!"

  • Breck is a Nice Break From the Heat

"Our family (including 5 adult children) had a wonderful summer vacation July 23-30, 2016, at this lovely home at 91 Sunbeam in Breckenridge! The weather in the summer there is perfect and a refreshing break from the brutal heat of a Texas summer. And the Frumess' home is a special retreat with every amenity you need, tons of space, and close to quaint downtown Breckenridge. We found the home to be even nicer than the pictures or descriptions. It was very clean and well-maintained, and the manager made sure we knew he was available for anything we needed. The directions and information the owner provided before arrival were very helpful. The comfort and beauty of this home made our vacation even more special. With 7 adults in the house, it was great to have so much room to spread out--5 bedrooms, each with its own bath. We enjoyed the hot tub each evening, along with the spacious deck, and gas grill. The kitchen (with brand new granite countertops) is well stocked and equipped with nice appliances and a large bar for the family to gather around. The fireplace warmed us up on chilly mornings and abundant windows opened to provide pleasant breezes in the late afternoons. The house is close enough to downtown to walk to the many excellent restaurants and shops, eliminating the need for driving and parking, or riding the free shuttle that stops nearby. It was a great place to reconnect with family and relax after a day of hiking a 14'er (Quandary Peak) or rafting through Brown Canyon (Professional Tours) or driving to Red Rocks Amphitheatre for an outdoor concert or strolling through the delightful downtown to shop, eat or relax by the Blue River and people-watch. Favorite restaurants were Motherload, Blue River, Eric's, Blue Moose, The Lost Cajun, Mary's Mountain Cookies, and Dredge. The Crepe A La Cart is a great way to end the day before relaxing with a movie in the downstairs TV room, reading a book, working a jigsaw puzzle or gazing at the stars from the deck. We will certainly return to this lovely home and encourage you to plan your family vacation here--just make sure to leave a week open for us!"

  • Would never stay anywhere else in Breck. PERFECT!!!!!!!

"This is our second time staying in this amazing townhouse, we would never consider staying anywhere else in Breck! We are a family of 5.. 2 adults and 3 kids. The location is the best there is. Literally across the street from Peak 9, on the corner of main street, a block and from the grocery store. You can walk absolutely everywhere, it is in the heart of the town. We parked our car in the heated underground garage and never took it out again, there is just no reason to. The home is beautiful, updated with high end amenitites and spotless. It has a private hot tub for the townhouse only, but it was basically our own, since no one was ever there. The set up is idea for a family or 2 families, Each bedroom was basically a master with an attached bathroom. The washer and dryer were key. The owners are a pleasure to work with and it has been a seemless entry and coordination both times. There is a private elevator from the garage level up to both floors in the condo which was an added bonus to not have to schlep up the stairs all our luggage. We can not say enough about this home and highly, highly recommend it to everyone. Couldn't come up with a negative thing to say even if we tried. Its AWESOME!!!!!!!!!"

  • Clean, comfortable and convenient

"I stayed here in January, 2016. The condo is exactly as described. You don't need a car, but if have one, parking is on site, so it couldn't be any easier. The Condo was clean and comfortable. It has a large television and the bathroom has been recently redone, so it was very nice. The view is great. The location is fantastic. The grocery is within easy walking distance. It is in downtown Breck, so there are a lot of restaurants close by and the walk to the Gondola is two, maybe three minutes. Don was great to work with. I definitely recommend staying here."
