  • Very clean and great location

"This was a great condo to stay in. Great location to downtown. My only complaint was there was so much snow that we couldn't enjoy the deck bc it wasn't cleared and no shovel. I would stay here again."

  • Fabulous Location

"We have stayed at High Street Cottage for several years. It is a wonderful location with great views of the mountains and close to downtown Breck. The cottage is warm and cozy with a spacious kitchen and a very open feel for entertaining family and guests. Property Mgr Fonda and JT are so easy to work with and respond promptly to all questions and issues. Thanks for everything. Skiing and snow were great. We will be back in 2018."

  • Breck2017

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house. A little further from bus route and base gondola area than we thought it was going to be. Also the house needs area for ski and equipment storage, the entry way became very crowded. Game room is great but needs a TV or stereo. Otherwise a great property, thanks"

  • Perfect location to walk to downtown or take a bus to the mountains

"Overall this was the perfect location for our family. There are 3 bus stops within a half block to take you to the Gondola/Breck station, Beaver Run or around town. There is a small grocery store about 3 blocks away, along with restaurants and bars. You can walk to anything within 15 min from this location. As far as the condo, it was well kept and looks identical to the photos. The hot tub and elevator were key after a day of skiing. The only thing we had complaints about was the Internet kept going in and out when we first arrived, the TV up in the loft area wouldn't connect to cable, and the pillows needed to be upgraded, as they were a little flat. Also, there is no ski locker available in the garage for your items, so you must keep it upstairs."
