  • Awesome Family Home in Breck

"My family and I (parents, sister, brothers, husband and 2 young children) recently stayed at this Breckenridge home and had the best time. We're all skiers and explored 3 different mountains in the area. The house was beautiful & spacious. Each bedroom makes it easy to relax and feel like you have your own space (large closets, dressers & most rooms had their own personal bathroom). The mudroom and heated garage make suiting up or down for the day a breeze. There's a great deck for entertaining durning warmer months and an outdoor hot tub. It's the perfect spot for relaxing after a long day in the mountains. The management was very helpful and attentive throughout our entire booking process and stay. My husband and I were traveling with our 1 and 3 year olds and they made sure the house was equipped with pack-n-play, highchair and dishes, sippy cups and utensils prior to our arrival. We would book this home again in a heartbeat if we ever go back!"

  • Great Place for Families with Toddlers and Larger Groups

"Our family of three generations, including a two-year-old, recently stayed at Stout Lodge for a full week. With help from the owners, we had many different activities planned for our group in addition to skiing: nordic skis, snow tubbing, snowshoeing, site seeing, etc. The owners even lined up an in-house yoga session and massage therapist for us, which was a great hit! This large, three story house made it easy for us to spread out and feel very comfy. Every bedroom was unique, had great views and plenty of room to spread out: luggage holders, garment racks, and dressers. There are multiple large decks for entertaining during warmer months and an outdoor hot tub with a roof that prevented the snow from piling up on the tub, all with gorgeous views of the mountains and the ski resort. It was a perfect place to relax after a long day of activities! The owners were very helpful and attentive throughout our entire booking process and stay. We were traveling with our baby granddaughter and they made sure the house was equipped with a full-size crib, several spare sheets, toys, baby wash/oil/powder, plastic dishes, sippy cups and utensils prior to our arrival. They accommodated us with an early check-in, and responded within minutes when we reached out with questions throughout our stay. We highly recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a hassle-free rental during their vacation in the mountains!"

  • Beautiful home close to the slopes

"I stayed at this property for a 5-day ski vacation with some old friends. The house was well-furnished, clean, and spacious. The recessed lighting above the mantle and step lighting between floors 2-3 were very nice. The grill out back was large and worked great, and there was plenty of firewood stocked for the wood-burning fireplace. The kitchen was well-stocked with spices, flatware, and utensils, and all appliances worked perfectly and looked new. The location is fantastic, it took just about 5 minutes to the Breckenridge parking lots from the driveway. A 4x4 truck is definitely recommended to make it up the driveway after fresh snow. Also, you may not be able to fit in the garage if you drive a large truck and put ski racks on the top. We had less than an inch of clearance with a Ford Expedition and decided to leave the car outside. There is a tenant who lives on the bottom floor, but we never were aware of his presence except for the car outside. The layout of the house has the living and kitchen areas on the top floor and all bedrooms on the bottom floor, which helps isolate noise and keep the house relatively soundproof. The beds were all comfortable and as described, with plenty of blankets and pillows. This place could easily sleep 8 people if you double-up on the large beds and pull out the trundle in the master room. The bedroom with the queen bed gets kind of cold overnight, which may make it difficult to get out from under the covers in the morning, especially if you are getting up early to hit the slopes. The owners were friendly, responsive, and helpful. Overall a fantastic place to stay for a ski trip in Summit County, can't get much better than this place."

  • A Real Gem!

"My wife and I and another couple decided to put together a last minute ski holiday and were lucky enough to find this place! We had almost given up but then a last-minute cancelation made this place available! Everything was great! The beds were super comfy, the fireplace was easy to start and the kitchen was easy to get around. My only warning would be to wait until bed time to utilize the steam shower. That thing turned us into "wet-noodles" and we were hopeless for about 30 minutes afterwards! Seriously, it's awesome. We all had a terrific time and found the hosts (David and Molly) to be very helpful and available when we had a couple of questions. Book it Dano!"
