Recent The Villas at Swans Nest reviews

  • The location of the Swans' Nest property was ideal.

"The Colorado Trail and the Continental Divide Trail both provided us with much hiking pleasure. We enjoyed taking the shuttle bus to both Breckenridge and also Frisco. Biking from Breckenridge to Frisco was also fun, and the trail beautiful. The condo was user friendly and cozy. There were times when we were awakened by the neighbor (I guess) slamming the lid on his commode - or something! Both of us were puzzled at the necessity of the slamming. We just hope we hadn't been noisy. We tried to be aware. We met the owner of the unit. She is absolutely delightful. We were so happy to share her space. The Kava Coffee shop on main street is owned by a lovely young family - all of them work there - very sweet. Also there is a fairly new Viet Namese cafe in the area that prepares excellent pho. The only sad event is that Blue Lotus Yoga studio closed abruptly. The owner is ill. There are other yoga opportunities in the area however. The stream that runs adjacent to the condo is absolutely spectacular. The path along the stream provides such a tranquil nature experience. The beaver, the deer and the fox all are magnificent creatures. We saw two moose also! Riding the gondola to mid-mountain for lunch provides breathtaking views, impressive flowers and great food. We chose to walk DOWN the mountain to the village. We remain grateful for this exhilarating 9 weeks of blue skies, fluffy clouds, green trees, wildflowers and the snow--capped mountains! (It snowed a bit in August.) Oh - beautiful golf course very nearby also! Augusta Potter"

  • Excellent Condo

"This was a great condo a few miles from the main mountain and downtown area. Easily accessible from nearby Frisco, and easy drive for day skiing and other outings. The condo itself was spacious, with all of the necessary amenities. Plenty of space for a group of 4 or 5. Would absolutely recommend!"

  • Wonderful Spring Skiing Getaway!

"We spent a week in Breckenridge during Spring Break with our two children. This condo is just wonderful. The location is great, about 4 mils out of town of Breckenridge so you are not paying a premium just to sleep at night. It is also convenient to go to many other ski resorts. We went to Beaver Creek, and also Keystone. The condo itself is lovely. It is not luxurious but very comfortable with everything we need. We love the little fireplace~ The kitchen is wonderfully stocked that we made dinner every evening. Also we love the garage too! Overall, we will definitively come back to this condo when we are back in town for our skiing vacation."
