  • Perfect Getaway

"Our place was great. Biggest disappointment was the Gondola wasn't running until the day we checked out. It made for a perfect getaway. The lease agreement instructed us to leave the place as we had found it. There is not $100 worth of any cleaning left for anyone to do, but yet it was in the cost and nonrefundable."

  • Best experience we have ever had in Breck!

"My friends and I have been taking an annual snowboarding trip in Breck for the last 4 years, and this one was by far the best; and that was largely due to the lodging. We typically stay in hotels with multiple rooms, and the find here from the Hay's family was unbelievable. We had a ton of space - and the condo felt just like home. The location is unbeatable - you can walk to the lifts or hop on a shuttle just outside the door. This will forever be my go to spot for our trips... in fact we will be picking our travel dates based off the availability of the Hay's condo moving forward. Thank you so much for the great time - your place truly made our trip."

  • Highly functional - would definitely come back

"Our family of 5 (2 adults, kids ages 9,8,4) had a great stay here. Comfortable, convenient, cleanGreat location close to base, I can almost see myself skiing to the parking lot, but we came in summer. Everything we needed was in the kitchen and we loved the game closet. Don't be discouraged by the 1 full bath - the extra sink in hall helps. Tons of hooks to hang all the bags, jackets, etc. And Patti is extremely helpful and responsive. Thanks for sharing your home."

  • Had a great time.

"The question is would I stay there again and the answer is resoundingly yes. The location for the peak 8 lifts is one bus stop away, which is about 100 feet from the apartment, and there is a regular bus service that will also take you into town. For us sea level folk the walk up to the lift was a bit challenging (hence why we took the bus) but the walk back (downhill) took about 10 minutes. There is one note of caution for light sleepers, the pipes for the baseboard heating do make a lot of noise as they heat up (easy solution, turn the heat down at night) and you can hear people walking in the apartment above, again did not bother me. As a note to Steve, the first night we arrived the upstairs tenant (Jason) decided to sand his floors at 3:30 am, I had a word with him and he was most apologetic, he did not realize that we were staying in your apartment for the week so I would suggest that there be some kind of notice to the tenants that it is not vacant. Again thanks for making your home available to myself and my son."
