  • Ideal for multi-family/generational gathering

"Beautifully decorated, comfortable home. Well stocked kitchen. Great layout with bedrooms away from main living areas. Ideal location for downhill as well as cross country skiers. Awesome hot tub. For all those reasons and more, this was the second time that we've stayed here. The short(ish) walk to the gondola stop is doable enough for our entire group, including young kids and grandparents. The house's proximity to the gondola stop as well as the Nordic Center trails allows a group to meet up for lunch at the base of Peak 8, regardless of whether one spent the morning shopping, snow shoeing or skiing. At the end of the day, we'd relax in the hottub while the kids played in the snow, eat dinner, then drive over to The Crepe Cart. Repeat. Repeat."

  • Beautiful home!

"The house was pretty and very close to the Breckenridge ski slopes and Mainstreet Breckenridge. It was very warm and inviting with all the comforts of home and space for my family of 4 to spread out for personal time. It was clean and well maintained. The view was like a postcard. It snowed every day that we were there (we loved the hot tub in the snow). My kids loved sledding and playing in the snow behind the house. We never used our car after we got there due to the free city bus system that had a bus stop close by. We even used a bus to go to Keystone for the day. We will definitely consider coming here again. The owner was easy to work with, and there was someone available if we needed help with anything."

  • Spacious, perfect location

"Our overall experience was better than expected. This was our first VRBO experience - we normally stay in the chain hotels in the area but wanted to experience this with another family. We had a total of 10 in our party and the sleeping arrangement worked out quite well. The $200 cleaning fee is a bit steep especially considering the windows could use a cleaning and there were 3 small things which needed repair (curtain rod, shower door, shower handle). The spiral staircase is cool, but could be dangerous for small children or older adults. Despite these things, the place is perfectly located up 4 o'clock road with easy access directly to the main drag in Breckenridge. The large round table made for fun game nights with the larger group."

  • Perfect For a Couple - unbeatable location, clean, and efficient but roomy

"My boyfriend and I (mid 30s) loved stayed at this condo! We have been to Breck a few times, and this was our best condo - location and setup wise. Preparing for our visit: Alix was fantastic. Great communicator, reaching out and checking in with us prior to our visit - - telling us about the type of car we might want to get with snowy condition, discounted lift passes, etc. She gave us details on the condo with supplies, location details and other tips about great restaurants in the area. THE CONDO: The condo was VERY clean - from the kitchen, to the bedroom. While this was a condo (and not a hotel), Alix made sure it felt almost like you were staying at a friends place. Not only was there shared things for food (spices, oils, coffee), but some shampoo/soap samples, and a nice note/bottle of wine to greet us. The physical setup of the condo was just perfect, with a separate bedroom with a TV if we wanted to go to bed at different times. We have stayed in 1 bedrooms before, this was was nice and spacious. The bed was big, with clean, nice comforter - ample pillows and extra blankets. We LOVED the wood stove - which was fully stocked with dry wood and fire starters inside the condo! The couch was comfy and clean - with 2 soft and cozy blankets. There was a good sized TV (not like some places) in the living room and bedroom to watch TV. The kitchen gave us everything we needed for all 3 meals per day. An added bonus was the washer and dryer for our wet stuff, along with a ski locker just outside the condo. The bathroom was pretty big, especially for a 1 bedroom! THE LOCATION: The best part, was that you could walk across the street and be right on the ski trail - with about a 3 min ski to the lift. We have no problem with parking right outside our front door as well - nice that you don't have to walk far to unpack and re pack upon arrival/departure. It is only about 3/4 mile to the main street area - so having a few drinks and walking home was no big deal. It has a beautiful view of the mountains/snow - with a nice walk out patio that lets a lot of light in and lets you step out and smell the fresh air! There is also some nice wild life as well - - with a fox that likes to frequent around the woods outside that patio (we named him Jimmy!) THE COST: For what this condo offers in it's physical setup and the location - it is a great value. I have already recommended to several friends, and when we visit Breck we will re-book here."
