  • Perfection!

"Maureen's condo in Breckenridege is beautiful!!! Her attention to little details helped to make our stay unforgettable. Well stocked, easy to use kitchen & living area was just right for our family. Plenty of room, with the two bedrooms & two bathrooms for my wife & I & our two boys to all have our own space if needed. Easy access to the slopes & to town. If we get a chance to return to Breckenridege I know who we will call."

  • Best experience we have ever had in Breck!

"My friends and I have been taking an annual snowboarding trip in Breck for the last 4 years, and this one was by far the best; and that was largely due to the lodging. We typically stay in hotels with multiple rooms, and the find here from the Hay's family was unbelievable. We had a ton of space - and the condo felt just like home. The location is unbeatable - you can walk to the lifts or hop on a shuttle just outside the door. This will forever be my go to spot for our trips... in fact we will be picking our travel dates based off the availability of the Hay's condo moving forward. Thank you so much for the great time - your place truly made our trip."

  • Had a great time.

"The question is would I stay there again and the answer is resoundingly yes. The location for the peak 8 lifts is one bus stop away, which is about 100 feet from the apartment, and there is a regular bus service that will also take you into town. For us sea level folk the walk up to the lift was a bit challenging (hence why we took the bus) but the walk back (downhill) took about 10 minutes. There is one note of caution for light sleepers, the pipes for the baseboard heating do make a lot of noise as they heat up (easy solution, turn the heat down at night) and you can hear people walking in the apartment above, again did not bother me. As a note to Steve, the first night we arrived the upstairs tenant (Jason) decided to sand his floors at 3:30 am, I had a word with him and he was most apologetic, he did not realize that we were staying in your apartment for the week so I would suggest that there be some kind of notice to the tenants that it is not vacant. Again thanks for making your home available to myself and my son."

  • Convenient location, nice view

"We enjoyed our stay very much. The kitchen was well equipped and the unit was very clean. The owner responds very quickly to emails and is very helpful. It was a short 3 minute drive to Main Street and the restaurants there and also to the grocery store. Some surrounding units had people who smoked marijuana inside their unit which somehow came inside this unit in the bathroom and hall area. This smell was bothersome to us. It is our understanding, though, that the entire complex may become a non-smoking complex which should resolve this problem of people smoking inside the units. Also, there is no elevator and access to the unit is via 2 flights of stairs, so this may be challenging to folks who have trouble with stairs, especially carrying suitcases and groceries up staircases. The view from the balcony is nice and we enjoyed listening to the sounds of the birds that were in the wooded area adjacent to the condo. Overall, this is a very nice place to stay! We would stay there again and do recommend this condo."
