  • Great Local! Awesome Experience!

""We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was great to be able to make our own breakfasts and other meals in the well stocked kitchen, the beds were comfortable, and the location was very convenient to both the Breckenridge Nordic Center where we did some x-country skiing and snow shoeing and the Peak 8 Lodge where we did some down hill skiing. I would definitely recommend this place to any family interested in a Breckenridge vacation, especially if they like to make a few of their own meals.""

  • Great Home

"It is a very nice home. Decorated comfortably. Close enough to town and not to far from bus stop for free rides to town or lifts. Thanks!! We would definitely recommend it to anyone."

  • Wonderful, cozy and well appointed.

"We booked this condo for a last minute get away to Breck and we absolutely loved it. Besides being nice, clean, spacious and plenty of amenities, one of the things we liked best was how easy it was to enjoy. Parking, parking pass, wifi, fireplace, utensils, checkout - all straightforward and explained clearly and concisely. Our only regret was we didn't book for a longer amount of time, but we will be back! Loved it!"

  • Great location to slopes and very clean!

"We had a family of 5 stay at condo #317 over Presidents' Day weekend. Let me begin by saying the check in was so easy and detailed perfectly in an email, which was great for a late night arrival. The parking was covered and there was easy access to both the condos and the ski lockers. The condo was so clean, and I'm a neat freak, so that was great. It was very dated though in terms of decor and furniture. As long as you can get past the 70s decor, it's very cozy and roomy for a family. The kitchen was well stocked, but it would be nice if they had more pans, or better yet, an electric griddle for making mounds of pancakes in the morning. It just takes too long on the stove with meat cooking. Otherwise, all appliances worked well and the staples like trash bags, dishwasher detergent, tin foil, salt and pepper were there. The two bathrooms were very clean and simple. The beds do require some upgrading when it comes to the mattresses. I can get passed the 70's decor, but hard beds after a long day of skiing is problematic. Even the kids complained that the beds were too hard. Oddly, they had great comfy pillows, so that was certainly nice. It's convenient to the slopes, but quite far from downtown. I wouldn't recommend if you didn't have a car or wanted to walk to town."
