  • open space - fire places (2) - big rooms - walking distance to everything!

"We could ask for a better spot! This spacious two bedroom was tucked back on the south end of town... The fireplace in the living room was a welcoming sight! The walk to town was an easy fives minutes... We weren't able to ski this time around... But! Found a hiking trail right next to the ski lift... The master bedroom was equipped with a king bed and one hek of heat producing fireplace! We'd easily come back to stay at this place in the winter timeframe! Thanks for letting us stay Greg..."

  • Great Adventure 25

"This is our groups 25th year coming out to Colorado from the Midwest. This condo and Breckenridge contributed to making it a great trip. We had 6 gentlemen (mid 50s up to early 70s) staying in the condo. Plenty of sleeping room and the living room/dining area are great. Had guests over for dinner and fed 8 easily. Kitchen was a little small but functional. It was well stocked with plates, silverware, pots and pans and utensils. The radiant floor heat was superb, as was the gas fireplace ... easy to start and took the cool off the house quickly in the morning. The outside hot tub was great. Toasty warm (103) and great circulation. Well maintained and very clean. I think they drain and refill it after each stay? We didn't use the 2 man tub upstairs. Bedrooms were nice ... I especially liked the cotton flannel sheets in the master bedroom. Ski out was very easy; ski in was a little bit of a chore, but the owner gives great directions for getting there. Be ready for a little poling or skating. An alternative is to ski to the bottom and use the shuttle to get close to the house. But you still have a short walk uphill. The location is very quiet. A duplex like this is way nicer than a multi-floor condo. Garage was nicely heated with plenty of room for ski storage. Plenty of good dining and shopping opportunities in Breckenridge. Again use the city shuttle service as parking can be a problem in town. Close to grocery shopping, rental places, clothing stores, etc. International Ice Sculpture contest was in town while we were there. It was really neat, but we can't promise that. Owner was very helpful before and during the rental. Responsive via email and/or phone. He provides an excellent "hints" printout of medical facilities, ski in/ski out instructions, etc. This is also available in the condo. Thanks Skipper for a great trip. Breckenridge was a nice hill to ski. Staff was excellent and the ski school far exceeded our expectations. Lots of variety from green to blues. Had people skiing the tops from the T Bar, and a friend's daughter taking ski lessons (went from beginner to blues in 1 day). So it meets all the needs of a family or group with varying skill levels.Lift ticket purchases were handy to the lift downhill from the condo. Mike"

  • Awesome place!! Walk to lift, town, etc.!

"We took our family (two kids 10 and 11) on our second family ski trip...Everything was just perfect. Condo was just as described. Neat, clean, fireplace was nice, close to town and CLOSE to the ski lift on Peak 9. Loved walking and skiing to the lift every day! While we did not use the hot tubs (too much time on the slopes and in the wonderful town), they looked very inviting! Oh...And Breckenridge was amazing...Favorite spot to ski (I have been skiing since I was young) to date! And we were so fortunate with the snow!! 3-4 feet over a two week period. Amazing conditions!! Rik (Owner) was great...When I had a simple question he responded immediately. Great communication prior to getting there, all questions answered, suggestions provided, etc. We will be back...Hopefully in spring of 2017!!"

  • Awesome Locatiion

"Our family of 8 had a wonderful weekend at the Cedar Town homes. We had a birthday party for my nephew and rented this town home right next door to my sisters town home. It was perfect for a large group because they are literally right next door to unit 21 where we utilized both locations for our large group. The town home is gorgeous, very well appointed and everyone can have their own space. The location and view are absolutely breathtaking and the online description is spot on! Right out the front door is ski in and ski out access as well as hiking and walking to downtown. Literally 5 minute walk to downtown Breckenridge. We loved the town home and location, and would definitely return and/or recommend. All in all, it was just a wonderful weekend, and we made many memories with our family that we will never forget!"
