  • Great apartment in Frisco

"Place was really nice! Just a few blocks from Main Street, and super close to all of the big ski resorts. Only thing we would have appreciated was a bit of notice that the apartment was serviced. Someone came into the apartment during our stay to change towels, and that threw us off a bit. We also wish that we could have parked two cars in the lot. One car for six people wasn't great. And the two twin beds are right next to each other, making it more like a double instead of two separate beds."

  • Comfortable and Convenient

"We had a great 5 night stay here. I was worried the location was further out than some of the other condos, but we had no problem dropping kids off at nursery/ski school and walking to the slopes. The village provides little red wagons you can grab all over town to help lug stuff (or I noticed a few smart people brought their own collapsible wagons). Because the condo is just outside the perimeter of the village center, it is very quiet and parking is easy and free in the underground garage. Also, it is directly next door to the Kidtopia headquarters, which is a plus if you are traveling with little ones. The condo itself was very well appointed. The beds and linens were comfortable, and there was plenty of room at the table and on the couch for our family of 4 to stretch out. The TV has all premium channels including HBO On Demand. The kitchen was well stocked as well. One note on layout - there is no door between the master bedroom and master bath/sink area (there is a door to the toilet). This didn't bother us, but if you want to get up and ready at different times I could see it being annoying. We loved the first floor location of this unit. The patio leads out to a courtyard with pool and hot tub. The gate was snowed in and there was no plowed path, but that didn't stop my kids from hopping over into the snow! (It's a short walk thru the lobby if you want a less snowy approach). The hot tub was lovely - while it got a bit busy just before the dinner hour, it never felt too crowded, and we didn't have any issues with noise at night. The pool is heated but a little too cool for me to actually enjoy for long. My only frustration with the building was the laundry. There is a small washer/dryer on each floor. It only accepts credit cards, but the credit card reader was very difficult to use. I had to cycle through 3 different credit cards for 10-15 minutes each time as the reader gave me various iterations of bad read or cannot connect before finally working. I had my husband try too to make sure it wasn't user error and he had the same trouble. My only issue with the unit was climate control - no matter how low we set the heat I always woke up hot in the middle of the night (and our baby monitor read upper 70s). Both the owners and the management company were responsive and easy to deal with. We were even able to check in an hour early and out an hour late, which was very helpful."

  • Perfect! Awesome!

"Perfect! Awesome! The apartment is all that described on the website and more! The room is large, cozy, clean and comfortable. The living room is very spacious, as is the kitchen. In fact the kitchen is very well equipped with appliances and utensils. Large TV and full cable TV! We were able to save a lot of money as we prepared our breakfast and dinner! We also really enjoyed the amenities we found in the apartment. Shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap, moisturizing, cleaning materials and even some items for preparing meals. Incidentally, this was very useful, as we arrived in the evening with a child and we were able to prepare a meal for her. Splendid! The distance to the lifts and to the bus terminal was very short. The heated pool and jacuzzi in the indoor gym were perfect and very inviting to relax at the end of the day. The covered parking, the security system of the condominium and the apartment, left us very satisfied. Finally, Bev was an extremely kind and effective person so we could rent the property, even if living in another country (Brazil). I say this with certainty because I also have a rental property, Copacabana Brazil, and I was impressed with the assistance that Bev has spent. Bev, thanks for everything and I hope to meet you, whether in Keystone or in Brazil !!!"
