Great property for a family reunion!
"We couldn't be happier with this property. Our large group can be tough to please but everyone remarked about the quality of this rental. Perfectly clean, well appointed, nicely laid out and great communication from the owner. We rented both sides of the duplex and somehow our group of 17 never felt crowded. The family/game room on each side got plenty of use along with the spotless hot tubs on the decks. Great trail access was close by for hiking and off-road adventuring. We have already recommended this property to our friends in Denver for the upcoming ski season. This is a real find!"

"There are just as many things to enjoy inside this beautiful cabin as there are outside. From the well stocked game room to the fire pit and hot tub, we enjoyed every minute of our stay. I want to go back already!"

"Sherwood House was wonderful. We had three generations (6 adults and 5 teenagers) staying comfortably in the clean, lovely, spacious home. The main floor master suite was perfect for the grandparents and there are three more large bedrooms with attached baths. The open plan means a large group can interact from kitchen to dining to great room. But there is enough space for anyone who wants peace and quiet.
The view of the mountains through the large main floor windows is exquisite. It's a short drive to Breck and Frisco. After hiking, biking or shopping in Breck the home was a peaceful retreat in the trees.
Though the owners are close by and quick to help whenever needed, we never felt crowded by them. They are friendly, easy to work with and were quick to respond to our rental inquiry. Thank you for making our trip so easy. This was our first experience with VRBO and we were impressed. We would absolutely stay here again."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Moose Lodge. Even though it rained every day we still had a great time. Would defiantly recommend it. I think for skiing this place would be an excellent location.
The beds were very comfortable and the place was pretty clean. Only negative comment is a lot of the furniture is worn out and old. We were not able to use the dinning room table because it was broken. The kitchen was very clean and in excellent condition. It was stocked well with utensils, pots & pans, dishes and other items.
The deck and back yard are very relaxing and it is nice to sit outside on the deck when it was not raining. We brought our own chairs and lounge chairs for the deck, highly recommend that. The yard could use a little maintenance, everything was overgrown. It was very secluded. Creek runs about 12 feet off the deck. The yard was fenced in so the dogs were able to roam around.
The two car garage was a nice item to have with all the rain. It gave us a place to stage out gear for the days activities, biking, climbing 14ers, lake hikes, rock climbing, ect. Really Great MTN biking trails within a few 100' of the house. Being on the south side of Breckenridge it was a lot less crowded there and easier to get to town and back. The trail head for Mt Quandary was only 10 minutes away.
Overall we enjoyed our stay at Moose Lodge and would recommend it. Out side of some minor upkeep the place was in great condition, clean and comfortable."
