  • Pet friendly, good location

"This house was a great location, just a few minutes outside of Breckenridge. There was ample parking for everyone in our party, and we appreciated that it was pet friendly. The master bedroom/bathroom was huge, and the other two bedrooms were pretty small. The walk-in closet was so big it could almost be its own room. The loft futon area was nice and new. The house could use a few updates, and there were a few issues, but Sarah, the owner, was super responsive to our concerns and was a pleasure to work with. Thank you!"

  • Must-Stay, Breck Get Away

"I stayed here at the end of January with a group of lifelong friends and we were blown away. Not only was Bob very helpful leading up to, during, and after our stay but his house is AMAZING. No details were spared and frankly, the pictures don't even do the house justice. You're tucked away in the mountains while living in the lap of luxury. It can be tough traveling with large groups, however, everyone was able to sleep comfortably and there were enough bathrooms where we were never waiting in line to shower. The kitchen was perfect for cooking a feast after a long day in the mountains and the hot tub was the perfect end to the day. Not only will I recommend this house to anyone traveling to Breckenridge, but I am 100% coming back here again."

  • Heaven at Moose Landing

"My family (5 young adult children, ages 16-24, my mother and my wife and I) loved Moose Landing. It was the perfect size. Gas fire place. Coat room. Washer/Dryer. Multiple thermostats. Big family dining table. Close to Breckenridge, but not so close as to get caught in Breck skier traffic. Hosts were attentive, beds were comfortable, kids were happy and the sauna was a cherry on top. Only one caution. I had asked beforehand if a four wheel drive vehicle was necessary, as we only reserved two front wheel drive cars. While Hwy 9 was mostly dry and clearly passable, and the neighborhood roads where well-plowed, the steepness of the grade of the icy roads to get up to Moose Landing (tried two different routes) was too much for 4 people and luggage in a two wheel drive car. Bring chains or get a 4x4."

  • Incredible! Absolutely beautiful!

"La Baranca was the perfect place for the two of us couples. It was easy to find, clean and comfortable. Just far enough out of town to feel like your own private getaway, and a quick ride to Main Street and all of the ski and glory of Breckinridge. We had SO much fun and can't thank y'all enough for our incredible memories!"
