  • Beautiful views, amazing stay!

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this vacation rental! The views are truly amazing and the cabin is cozy and beautiful. The sauna is a definitely a plus. After getting out of the hot tub, you will feel chilly, and it's so nice to walk straight into the sauna. A+ for the layout. The owner is quick to respond to communications and pleasant to deal with. We had no issues with the driveway but we did come in early September when the weather was still good. However, we would still choose to stay here in the winter... Bottom line: if you want the views, you need to be up on the mountain which obviously will be on an incline, so a steep driveway is a given! If we come to Breckenridge again, we will definitely stay here!! Fyi for those with young children: There are two small playgrounds close by - Kingdom Park Playground is about 5-7m away. It is adjacent to a skate park and has a slide, climbing structure, and swings. The address is 880 Airport Rd. There is also a playground in the midst of the shopping/restaurant area along Main Street; the address is 203 S. Main Street. For a restaurant, I highly recommend Kenosha steakhouse. The food is amazing, and there is a sandbox play area for kids behind the restaurant. If you sit outside at the back, you can watch your kids play while waiting for the food. As far as the home, you may want to bring your own plastic cups, bowls, or plates since almost all of the dishes in the cabin are glass/breakable. There is a baby gate that can be used to block the stairs leading downward to the garage. There is not one blocking the stairs leading upward to the observation deck. However, you can easily block that area by opening the nearby coat closet door and placing a suitcase across the opening. Although there is no yard for children to play in, the deck is enclosed and we felt safe letting our 2 year old run around after we blocked off the stairs with chairs."

  • Had a great stay. Very comfortable.

"We had a great time at the ski and racket condo. Living room and dining area were very spacious. Kitchen was fully equipped. Beds very comfortable. Nice pool, hot tub, and tennis court in great shape. Unit had a nice long narrow deck to sit out on but not much for views which was the only downside. We even used the Murphy bed in th LivRm which was nice. Would stay again."

  • The property was very clean and updated and had everything we needed

"We will definitely be back. The property was right on the edge of town, so it was a short walk to all the great restaurants and stores. There is a great view of the mountains from the deck. There is a lot to do in the summer. Things like hiking, biking, scrolling and shopping."

  • The perfect house for the groomsmen

"The groom's party stayed in Paul's beautiful home during our son's wedding at Ten Mile Station. Everything was perfect and we were extremely pleased with this home. The bridal rental home was a few minutes away in Christie Heights but everyone loved the groom's house. My husband and I stayed in the upper master which had the king and the 3 other couples stayed in the 2nd master and 2 lower level bedrooms (queens). Each bedroom had a full bathroom and there were plenty of closets and hangers for the wedding attire. The upper master had a hair dryer. There was an iron in the laundry room and ironing board in the garage. The garage itself was huge and made a great staging area for our welcome BBQ at Carter Park Pavillon. The groom relaxed prior to the wedding in the private backyard hot tub. The house is situated next to a wooded lot which provided beauty and privacy. Paul made our dog feel welcome and provided leashes and water bowl. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the gondola and activities offered at the lodge were a short walk away (5 minutes): zip line, coaster, etc.). The home is just a short drive from town which was handy since we were back and forth all week. The owner was wonderful to work with. We loved the home and we were so grateful to have found it to celebrate this special occasion!"
