  • Perfect again for our 3rd Year!

"We love this house! It is within walking distance from downtown Breckenridge and the slopes. The house is clean, well equipped and is very comfortable! Becky, the Property Manager, is very helpful and great to work with!"

  • Fantastic - will definately rebook next time in Breck!

"19B was the perfect rental for our family (2 teen boys) - right amount of space, private hot tub and very short walk to Peak 9 Superchair or shopping/restaurants. Parked car on arrival and did not need it again until departure. Owner was incredibly well-prepared, helpful and accomodating. We will definitely re-book here next time we come to Breck. Thank you Jean!!!"

  • Great Family Getaway

"For our family group of 8, ranging from ages 2 through 60's, this condo was ideal. Just a short car ride from Main Street, the views along the way were spectacular (Boreas Pass Drive) and the roads were well maintained despite some new snow during our stay. The condo's kitchen is large and well stocked, with an adjacent dining room large enough for our group. Clean and cozy, the condo has a large living room, and the WIFI was excellent. We enjoyed the hot tub although it's outside and a short walk away from the condo's entrance. The only drawbacks were the mattresses, which were hard and had all the adults complaining of back pain after 4 nights, and the chirping of the fire alarm in one of the upstairs bedrooms that woke us all up one night and then mysteriously stopped chirping in the morning. Check-in was easy and the property managers were good to work with. While in Breckenridge, we enjoyed tubing at the Adventure Park, skiing, shopping and dining on Main Street, and we had a fantastic morning at Breckenridge's amazing indoor pool/gymnasium. Our 4-year old even had a chance to learn rock-climbing there."
