  • Phenomenal House!

"This house is incredibly cozy, convenient, and beautiful. There is so much space as well as literally anything and everything you could need or want. We really enjoyed the hot tub and endless boardgames! The owners put a whole lot into the details that make this place so great."

  • The townhouse is great!

"The three bedroom three bath townhouse is close to downtown Breckenridge and the ski lifts is great. Very clean had everything we needed. The owner decorated the townhouse for Christmas per our phone conversation. The management company also did a great job. It was just perfect."

  • Lovely property, great for family, clean and well-managed

"Our group of 7 adults plus a baby enjoyed our stay here for our ski trip. Kitchen & living area on top floor with 3 BR/3 BTH (and private hot tub) on lower floor was very nice for sound separation. Den and kitchen were beautifully furnished (and mgmt. co responded promptly to bring over a can opener), so we ate in most of the time. Beds (mattresses) and dining chairs could have been a bit more comfy for the price ... they were all pretty hard. Loved having the heated garage with racks for skis ... very convenient! Enjoyed the large fireplace with comfortable hearth seating (don't have to sit on the floor). We never were disturbed by the people staying above us ... sound-proofing was good. Note regarding access to slopes: Skiing "OUT" is a pretty easy downhill walk (100 yds?) to end of parking lot, across street, then poling a flat trail for about 50 yards to short downhill trail (which would be a little tricky for a new skier) to Snowflake lift. Skiing back "IN" is not as easy ... involved a good bit of poling on flat trails (Lower Sawmill, Snowflake plus 50 yds) then an uphill walk back through parking lot. Took about 10-15 minutes and a good bit of energy. Sometimes one of us drove and picked up others in our group at base of Beaver Run or Snowflake lifts. Bottom line: we do recommend this very nice property but wanted to clarify that it's not truly a ski-in/ski-out place."
