  • A great weekend escape

"We had a fantastic time in this condo. Our party was two families, a total of 9 people. The adults all stayed upstairs, while the kids were down on the lower level at night. The living and dining spaces were plenty big for our group, and no one ever felt on top of each other. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub, and the proximity to downtown was great. You can tell the property is professionally run as well. I would offer two points of feedback: 1) If you plan on cooking in the unit, be sure you run the microwave's fan or open windows. We set off the fire alarm twice just cooking meals, but were able to get some air moving around it and they turned off. 2) When you arrive, be sure the hot tub is on and warm. The maintenance person does a fantastic job keeping up with it, but it might possibly reset itself during operation. When we called for support, the management team was immediately responsive, so we didn't have a problem. But - just an FYI. If we ever travel as a group again, I don't seen any reason to find a different place to stay if this one is available."

  • A Charming Step Back in Time

"This cozy little cottage has a delightful 70's charm that made my group and I feel as though we walked into That 70's Show. The fireplace in the living room is cozy and very necessary after a long day of skiing. As for location, the condo is walking distance from the Snowflake lift and just steps from the yellow and black free shuttle lines to other base areas. All in all, this place was perfect for our group and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

  • Beautiful impressive wonderful home!

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Cold Water Creek lodge. The accommodations were perfect for our extended family -- and it is so nice that every bedroom has its own on-suite bathroom. The house is stocked. Not only is there plenty of cookware and place settings -- but there are many cooking staples. I highly recommend that you wait to do your grocery shopping until you have reviewed what's in the kitchen. You're reasonably close to town, but far enough away to have beautiful scenery and solitude. We all said it would be a fun place to stay in the summer too. We came from a low elevation city, and everyone in our group experienced some altitude sickness -- so prepare for that if you can! ."
