  • Amazing Location and Cozy Condo!!

"This condo was absolutely perfect for our weekend stay in Breck. It had the best location, just steps away from a bus route straight to the gondola and the bottom of the 4 O'clock run from Peak 8!! This was amazing after spending a day on the mountain. Additionally, it was so close to Main St and the busiest parts of town. It was so easy walking from our condo to anything we wanted to do (early morning breakfast run to group dinner and escapades). I would totally stay here again just for the location. However, the house itself was great too!! Plenty of movie options and couches to lounge about when we were there. The kitchen was perfect for our use and the beds and baths worked out great. My only complaint that I could make was that the bed sheets were not very comfy (scratchy and stiff), but you're so tired at the end of the day that you barely notice anyways. Overall, this place was warm, inviting, and make our Breck trip so hassle free."

  • Wonderful House.

"Chalet Chloe was one of the best places our group has stayed in Summit County. We are a group of 12 ski patrollers/ instructors who come to Breck to get our ski legs under us early in the season. I wanted to get a place that was ski in/out, or very close to it. This fit the bill as we were only a few houses down from the shuttle bus, and we were a few hundred yards from the Peak 8 base area- super convenient. The house was laid out extremely well. Good use of space, and each bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen was big and functional. It was great to have 2 dishwashers and 3 refrigerators. The mud room was spacious and convenient to change into our ski gear, hang our jackets and packs, and dry out boots. Great hot tub and sauna. The house was very clean! The floor radiant heat was warm and cozy. James was available for questions and was a pleasure to talk to. Parking our 4 vehicles was not an issue. We could drive or take the shuttle to town. Loved it. I recommend this house for large groups or a few families who travel together."

  • Family ski trip

"I reserved the house as it looked like a great location for my kids and spouses and one grandmother and one grand child. It turned out to be a wonderful house with the 7 bedrooms. This gave everyone enough of their own space but had some great common areas for getting everyone together. The location close to the Ice Rink shuttle stop was very convenient for getting all the skiers to the lifts as with any large family no one could agree to go at the same time. This allowed everyone to go at their own pace. It was also convenient enough that many of the adults walked to and from restaurants and bars each day."

"Our group of 10 had a wonderful stay. Everyone got a real bed and the skiing was great - 36" of snow while we were there! Irie House is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It truly is ski-in, ski-out. The views are great from every window and particularly from the large deck. We really enjoyed the 2 living areas, big comfy sofa's and the private hot tub. Highly recommended!"
