  • Birthday Getaway with Friends (Round 2)

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second year in a row we have come back to Breck for my birthday. Just like last year, everything was great. We had 8 friends total stay at this location and everyone was amazed by the size, amenities and comfort of the home. Summit Mountain Rentals is best place to find any lodging in Breck. Everyone and everything are top notch. See you guys next year!"

  • Great accomodations for Family Reunion of 28 people

"This place was perfect for our family reunion. With eight individual families converging together we used the entire lodge for our stay and appreciated the large gathering space near the kitchen for meals. The large main kitchen allowed for cooking meals and still visiting with family members. The lodge is two blocks off of main street shopping and one block away from a playground at the local school, which was enjoyed by our grandchildren. Some minor issues brought to Jordan's attention (needing additional bedding, towels) were quickly addressed. Family members agreed that this was something they would like to do again."

  • Great location to slopes and very clean!

"We had a family of 5 stay at condo #317 over Presidents' Day weekend. Let me begin by saying the check in was so easy and detailed perfectly in an email, which was great for a late night arrival. The parking was covered and there was easy access to both the condos and the ski lockers. The condo was so clean, and I'm a neat freak, so that was great. It was very dated though in terms of decor and furniture. As long as you can get past the 70s decor, it's very cozy and roomy for a family. The kitchen was well stocked, but it would be nice if they had more pans, or better yet, an electric griddle for making mounds of pancakes in the morning. It just takes too long on the stove with meat cooking. Otherwise, all appliances worked well and the staples like trash bags, dishwasher detergent, tin foil, salt and pepper were there. The two bathrooms were very clean and simple. The beds do require some upgrading when it comes to the mattresses. I can get passed the 70's decor, but hard beds after a long day of skiing is problematic. Even the kids complained that the beds were too hard. Oddly, they had great comfy pillows, so that was certainly nice. It's convenient to the slopes, but quite far from downtown. I wouldn't recommend if you didn't have a car or wanted to walk to town."

"Wonderful location, super convenient and close to the village of Breckenridge with lots of restaurants and shops. Condo was very clean. Community hot tub was a great perk, but always crowded. Overall great stay!"
