  • It is a very comfortable and roomy unit. We really enjoyed our stay!

"The unit is very comfy and roomy with nice furniture, the kitchen is well equipped and three TVs worked out well for our stay. Oberall a great place to stay. However it lacked a washer/dryer which is a little inconvenient."

  • A memorable stay!

"My small family enjoyed this vacation property immensely during our first time to Breckenridge ! It is situated on the east side of town, up in the hills so that the views of the ski runs were unobstructed . The wrap around deck allowed you to take in the natural beauty with your morning coffee which is exactly how I started each and every day. The home itself had 4 total bedrooms with 2 in the walk out basement and 2 on the main floor. The kitchen was open and a dining room table separated the living room from the kitchen. From the couch you have an expansive view of multiple peaks through the French style doors that lead to the deck with a gas grill with direct gas installed, so no frustrating trips to the store for a surprise tank refill. The highlight for us was waking up to 3 moose nibbling on young Aspen trees directly next door. They must have liked the rental home too, since they came back the next morning, this time enjoying some of our vegetation. A fox also made an appearance as we played a game of Frisbee in the deceptively large back yard. The kitchen had everything we needed, although the entertainment could have been a little more expansive. (very basic cable in standard definition) The beds were a little on the firm side which was a bit of a problem for me, personally, but we all have different tastes and I enjoyed getting up early to watch the sunlight flood the valley anyways . The neighborhood was perfectly quiet except for the occasional bull elk bugle, we met friendly neighbors and the walk into town was a pleasant experience in and of itself. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anybody visiting Breck. I also appreciated the company, Book Breck that managed the home as they were a pleasure to work with."

  • Great location, comfortable living areas, close to downtown - needs maintenance.

"Pros - walk to the slopes, ski pass included is a great benefit, close to downtown, very comfortable living areas, well stocked kitchen - enjoyed our stay Cons - needs maintenance - many light bulbs out, could not turn on the water in one of the showers, duck tape on the microware and refrigerator door, you have to wait on the toilet to finish and pull the handle up or it keeps running, burners on the stove are tilted so hard to cook evenly"

  • Excellent rental. Location was great and being by yourselves was nice.

"We had a great stay. Excellent for two adults and additional young children. It was clean and owner was quick to respond to one question. I would definitely stay there again in the future."
