  • Heavenly Retreat

"Our family of four adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Breckenridge. This home is wonderful. Kitchen: well stocked and easy to use - dish soap, detergent, paper towels, salt and pepper, etc are provided which is not always true in a rental home. Living room: comfortable seating and we enjoyed the excellent internet service to stream movies. I could live in the rocker in front of the fireplace. View is lovely. Master Bedroom: Very comfortable bed with plenty of warm linens. The space is very large as is the closet. Master Bath: Enjoyed the jetted tub and the large shower. Plenty of hot water. Other bedrooms: Comfortable and pleasant, best view is from the loft. We did not use the downstairs bunk room, but it looked well equipped and fun. Wood Floors: All floors are heated which is a nice luxury Dining: Nice big table great for dining or playing games Laundry: A great help for traveling light and soap was provided Garage: Thank you for sharing the glove and boot dryer. Loved the heated garage to get gear on and off and the hooks to store everything on the wall ETC...Yes you need a 4 wheel drive vehicle. I am so glad the owner warned us. The driveway has one curve that can not be made without it. The view out front is lovely, as expected, but the view out the back of the woods in the snow is also a treat. Access to the gondola at Breckenridge is a quick and easy 4 minute drive from this home's garage to the skier drop off area or parking lot. I would highly recommend this home."

  • Location, location, location

"We absolutely loved this house!!! My family has been coming up to Breck during Thanksgiving for the past 14 years. During that time our family has been growing, so we have been forced to upgrade locations each time we come up. This year we had 6 adults and 4 kids. This house couldn't have suited our needs better. We were able to put grandparents in the bedroom in the basement, 3 of the kids (ages 6-8) in the living room in the basement. One couple with toddler in the master on the very top level (the closet was big enough to serve as an extra room to put the pack-n-play in. Then another couple in the middle bedroom. Each level w/ a bedroom had a full bath, which worked out perfectly for our size group. There were plenty of dishes, so we didn't feel like we were stuck doing dishes all of the time, which is huge when on vacation. We loved the hot tub, which was located in the scenic backyard. The best part was the location. Our family spends a lot of time at the ice rink and main street. All were within a short walk. We never even needed to drive. I hope we can stay here again next year."

  • Wonderful Experience!!

"We could not have asked for a better family ski vacation to Breckenridge. The location of this condo is PERFECT! Literally a two minute walk to the Snowflake lift. Our vacation was during spring break and we never had a wait to get on the Snowflake lift when starting our day between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. Every day we returned to the condo for lunch and literally skied to the front hood of my vehicle. We enjoyed several inches of snow on one day and my kids actually skied across the parking lot to the front door of the condo. The rates for this condo are very reasonable. The condo was great for my family of four with a 14 and 11 year old kids. All areas of the condo were clean and comfortable. It was very nice to have the owners in Breckenridge. They were available to assist us at any time during our stay. We had a problem with one key card and it was fixed in minutes. Our favorite dining experience was at the Breckenridge Brewery. The food is outstanding and prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend this condo, the Breckenridge Brewery, and Breckenridge Ski Resort for your next ski vacation!"

  • Breck is a Nice Break From the Heat

"Our family (including 5 adult children) had a wonderful summer vacation July 23-30, 2016, at this lovely home at 91 Sunbeam in Breckenridge! The weather in the summer there is perfect and a refreshing break from the brutal heat of a Texas summer. And the Frumess' home is a special retreat with every amenity you need, tons of space, and close to quaint downtown Breckenridge. We found the home to be even nicer than the pictures or descriptions. It was very clean and well-maintained, and the manager made sure we knew he was available for anything we needed. The directions and information the owner provided before arrival were very helpful. The comfort and beauty of this home made our vacation even more special. With 7 adults in the house, it was great to have so much room to spread out--5 bedrooms, each with its own bath. We enjoyed the hot tub each evening, along with the spacious deck, and gas grill. The kitchen (with brand new granite countertops) is well stocked and equipped with nice appliances and a large bar for the family to gather around. The fireplace warmed us up on chilly mornings and abundant windows opened to provide pleasant breezes in the late afternoons. The house is close enough to downtown to walk to the many excellent restaurants and shops, eliminating the need for driving and parking, or riding the free shuttle that stops nearby. It was a great place to reconnect with family and relax after a day of hiking a 14'er (Quandary Peak) or rafting through Brown Canyon (Professional Tours) or driving to Red Rocks Amphitheatre for an outdoor concert or strolling through the delightful downtown to shop, eat or relax by the Blue River and people-watch. Favorite restaurants were Motherload, Blue River, Eric's, Blue Moose, The Lost Cajun, Mary's Mountain Cookies, and Dredge. The Crepe A La Cart is a great way to end the day before relaxing with a movie in the downstairs TV room, reading a book, working a jigsaw puzzle or gazing at the stars from the deck. We will certainly return to this lovely home and encourage you to plan your family vacation here--just make sure to leave a week open for us!"
