  • Great great location and the condo has everything you need.

"We usually stay a bit further up 4 O'Clock Road but this location is SO much better. We are close to town and the Snowflake lift so no need to use the car. Judi was responsive both before and during our stay when we had questions. The condo is spacious and has everything you need for an "easy" stay.........just walk through the door and you are all set."

  • Very Nice!

"This is a great ski-in/ski-out condo right off the 4 O'Clock run. It truly is Ski-in/Ski out (just add a few stairs to get to the room). It is conveniently located, and the courtesy shuttle was fantastic! It picked us up wherever we were, and took us back to the condo in a very timely manner. The only downfall was that the unit needs a humidifier. I'm from the south, and I am used to a good amount of humidity. Sleeping in the dry heat was pretty rough for us. Other than that, we had a great trip and would certainly stay there again (I would just bring a humidifier next time)."

  • Perfect escape away from town

"We had a great week long stay in March 2016 in this cozy cabin about 10-15 minutes south of Breckenridge. It worked great for our ski vacation as we wanted to be out of the busy town of Breckenridge during the week of college spring break. The location worked out great as it is just off the main road (Colorado Highway 9) making for easy travel to Breck or other ski areas (we also did Copper and Arapahoe Basin). Even on snow covered roads the trip back and forth to town was scenic and easy (my wife even spotted a moose one day!) - just take your time and no issues! The home is wonderfully decorated and was just the right size for us (2 older teens and 3 adults). The home is very clean and everything was well maintained - no issues there. There are board games galore if you want to just hang around and relax and rest mountain weary legs. There is also a very nice hot tub with great views of the surrounding peaks. Sitting outside in the hot tub as it snowed (we had 36" the week we were there) was a fantastic way to end each day. The property also has a heated garage which just fit our rented Suburban and it was nice not to get up every morning and not have to clear off the vehicle in such a snowy week. The driveway was also plowed each day and maintained well given the high snow volume. We basically only ended up having to keep the hot tub and the path to it clear - no big deal. We would definitely stay here again. Great property, friendly owners and a nice out of the way location (but not too out of the way). Top Marks."
