  • Wonderful Time!!

"I am so thankful we were able to find this house for my friends Bachelorette party! We had a small group to start (5 girls Thursday night, 7 girls Friday night and 10 girls on Saturday night) There was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable and have a space to sleep! Having 3 bathrooms (actually 4 with the 1/2 bath) was essential when 10 girls are trying to get ready at the same time. It was always so nice waking up and spending a few hours cooking and eating breakfast and sitting around the fire talking and just being able to relax! With such a quick drive into either Frisco or Breckenridge it was really the perfect location! We had such a wonderful time and I 110% recommend this property! Steve was great and responsive with any questions we had!"

  • Entertainer at the base of the lift

"This condo was all that it promised. We stayed over New Year's Eve for a week. 2 adults and 2 children, 5 and 8. A great location at the bottom of the Quicksilver Super Chair. From door to lift line in a couple of minutes, even in ski boots carrying your kids gear! For those with small children, or just people that don't want to be on the mountain all day, it is so close that it makes it no hassle to come and go from the condo throughout the day. We holidayed with 2 other families staying in tiny condo's in the village. They were over for dinner every night we didn't go out! The big kitchen, dining table and living room area made it easy to prepare dinner and feeds the kids while socialising, then send the kids to one of the bedrooms to watch TV or play while the parents ate. The condo was very thoughtfully stocked with humidifiers, kitchen appliances and utensils, really comfortable furniture, and the building had everything you would expect in a high end condo - including heated garage. Bill was quick to answer every question and very helpful. My family and I will definitely stay here again."

  • Nice property and location

"For the most part, we enjoyed our stay at the Park Place Condo's. The location was great (minus walking up three flights of stairs at the end of a ski day). The property worked out well for our family, as the kids were in one room and we were in the other. We especially enjoyed the free shuttle service to and from the hill, as well as many of the local restaurants. The pool/jacuzzi's at the upper village were a little far away and not that hot, but the jacuzzi's right next to the condo were not too far away and very hot! I think are only dissapointment was the uncomfy beds at our condo and only having two rolls of toilet paper for a 6 night stay! (I am guessing a single call would have got us some extra.) Also, it took us to the last day to figure out where to ski in- as it was really close! However, we spent the first two days skiing to the bottom of four o'clock instead of cutting through the condo next door for faster arrival and less walking back to the condo."

  • No place better than this!

"We've stayed at many places before but there's nothing that compares to the Breck House! For me it's the ultimate getaway with access to do everything my family likes. Whether you're a skier/snowboarder, hiker, etc the terrain, national forest and mountain are at your fingertips and the adventures are endless. If you'd rather kick your feet up, relax and just get away from everything, this is also the place for you. The relaxation of the mountains truly takes form here. Everything in this home is top of the line and as soon as you walk in, you're in awe. The kitchen is the center of the house and we prepare many of our meals here after stopping in town for any needs we have. It's very well equipped and is a lot of fun to hang out in as well. The living room is cozy and relaxing and has an amazing fire place that can heat the entire main floor and upstairs by itself. The main floor back patio looks out into the Arapaho National Forest, has a large grill and several seating options to kick back and relax. The bedrooms upstairs are very spacious and put together nicely with great views. The master bathrooms are exquisite! Downstairs in the basement it's a blast to watch a movie, sporting event or your favorite Netflix show on the 108" screen. If you are traveling with a lot of younger children, they will love the bunk beds downstairs. Each distinctly designed for boys and girls, they're fun rooms! On the downstairs back patio has a large hot tub and newly added chair lift seat which gives it that ultimate mountain house feel. If you want to drive into town, Main Street is just a few minutes down the hill and there's several restaurants and shops. It's fun just to walk around for a couple hours sand take it all in. After staying here several times, I would come back here again and again and again. This place is a blessing to those who have found it!"
