  • Spacious, clean well furnished house, big yard.

"This was a perfect house for our family of 5 adults and 2 dogs. Big spacious forest yard was awesome for the dogs. Nice area for hiking. Heard from the neighbors that moose are in the front yard daily. Got up extra early hoping to see them, but no sitings. Did see a fox driving in the area. Very relaxing and peaceful neighborhood. Clean home with all the amenities plus. Beds are very firm. Had an issue with the oven, but owner responded right away with suggestions. Spent some time in the hot tub gazing at the millions of stars. Close to town yet far enough away to not feel crowded with all the people. Would definitely return!! Deposit refunded in 3 days."

  • No place better than this!

"We've stayed at many places before but there's nothing that compares to the Breck House! For me it's the ultimate getaway with access to do everything my family likes. Whether you're a skier/snowboarder, hiker, etc the terrain, national forest and mountain are at your fingertips and the adventures are endless. If you'd rather kick your feet up, relax and just get away from everything, this is also the place for you. The relaxation of the mountains truly takes form here. Everything in this home is top of the line and as soon as you walk in, you're in awe. The kitchen is the center of the house and we prepare many of our meals here after stopping in town for any needs we have. It's very well equipped and is a lot of fun to hang out in as well. The living room is cozy and relaxing and has an amazing fire place that can heat the entire main floor and upstairs by itself. The main floor back patio looks out into the Arapaho National Forest, has a large grill and several seating options to kick back and relax. The bedrooms upstairs are very spacious and put together nicely with great views. The master bathrooms are exquisite! Downstairs in the basement it's a blast to watch a movie, sporting event or your favorite Netflix show on the 108" screen. If you are traveling with a lot of younger children, they will love the bunk beds downstairs. Each distinctly designed for boys and girls, they're fun rooms! On the downstairs back patio has a large hot tub and newly added chair lift seat which gives it that ultimate mountain house feel. If you want to drive into town, Main Street is just a few minutes down the hill and there's several restaurants and shops. It's fun just to walk around for a couple hours sand take it all in. After staying here several times, I would come back here again and again and again. This place is a blessing to those who have found it!"

  • Great for ski trip

"My wife and I stayed here for a week for a ski trip. As they say location, location, location. You can easily walk everywhere from here. Just across the street from Peak 9 lift area. Plenty of restaurants around and grocery store is less than a 10 minute walk. Condo was clean and neat. Jeff was very responsive when I emailed him."
