  • Great townhouse on the mountain

"This property has everything you need including so many little extras you rarely find in a vacation rental. The owner's attention to detail is phenomenal. A set of helpful instructions on where to find everything in the property (and in town) and how to use them makes it possible to quickly settle in, relax, and enjoy yourself. Everything in the property is well maintained, functioned perfectly, and provided all that the four adults in our group could ask for. The townhouse is a great size and well furnished with everything you need. Downstairs is 3 bedrooms with easy access to the hot tub through the master bedroom. All the beds were comfortable and the condo was very clean. Only a few minutes drive down Ski Hill Rd to the Village, or a nice hike. Convenient to the free shuttle next to the Nordic Center. We stayed here during ski season but this is great spot for the summer too. You will not be disappointed staying here - I know we will definitely stay here again."

  • Cozy condo in Breckenridge - walking distance to Peak 9 and downtown Breck

"We were very pleased with this condo - it had everything advertised. The property management team and owner are highly commended. This unit worked perfectly for two families as it had large bedrooms for the adults and a loft that slept our 4 children easily. Fireplace, full kitchen, balcony, and living room made it a very nice getaway for us. We would definitely recommend this for friends or perhaps try to use again in the future. The only negative is that the pool, hot tubs, and recreation area - closes at 8pm, which seemed to me a couple hours too early. Sincerely, JGR - 4.5.2016"

  • Loved this property!

"First of all, the customer service provided by Jim was amazing. He was very responsive and went above and beyond in ensuring we had a great trip. Also, the deposit was refunded very quickly! The property had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was fully stocked and there was more than enough toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels, pillows, blankets, etc. The kids/teens enjoyed having their own loft and bathroom. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of hot water. The location was perfect. We didn't need a car for anything. The lift even has a ticket window where we could pick up our passes! We walked to pick up our skis, to town to shop, and to eat. On the last day, I had everyone ski up to the condo and grab their snow boots (draw string bag) and then we were able to ski all the way down to the end of the Four O'clock run to turn in our equipment at Lone Star Sports. Our family would definitely stay here again."

  • Good Property for the Price

"My wife and I were looking for a last-second place to stay for a weekend getaway and came across this property. Overall, would recommend but with a few caveats. As a background, my wife and I are late twenties/mid-thirties, no kids and both enjoy traveling/skiing. PROS - Owner is very responsive and provides a very detailed guide to staying. For someone as meticulous as myself, I found this to be very helpful. - Relatively close to lifts. Not quite ski-in ski-out but close enough for government work. Probably two to three blocks away. - The price was very reasonable compared to other properties located nearby. - Close to downtown Breck, weather depending you can walk to the shops and bars. CONS - By far the biggest con was the noise!! Not to sound like a grandpa but the apartment above us must have been rented to some early twenty-somethings who were on multiple all-night benders. Both my wife and I had to run the "white noise" apps on our phones at full volume in order to even attempt sleep (and we were still woken up multiple times). If not for the fact that this detail is entirely outside the control of an otherwise courteous property owner, I probably would have given this property 3 stars. Very surprised that other reviewers don't note this fact. Maybe our experience was just an exception. - The apartment is dated. The track lighting didn't work, the bed was very stiff, appliances were old, etc. This didn't bother us that much because we spent the majority of our time out of the apartment. If I owned a place in Breck I rented out on the reg, not sure I'd dump a ton of money into it either but a few minor updates are in order. - The hot tub is physically located a goodish distance away from the condo itself. Doesn't seem like a big deal until you have to put on a couple layers, walk to the hot tub, and try to figure out how to get back to the condo without soaking those layers. Again, minor inconvenience but we would have appreciated knowing this prior to our stay. My wife is more into the après-ski thing than I am so she cared more about this than I did. Overall, the only thing that would have influenced our decision was the noise factor and, as I noted above, no one else's review mentions this so maybe it was just a one-time thing. The noise level in no way is a reflection on the owner who seemed courteous and promptly responded to our communications."
