  • Excellent condo and location in Breckenridge

"We rented the Chimney Ridge Condo for 5 nights in early august of 2016. The condo is very spacious - the top level has a master bedroom with a king bed, dresser, TV, and patio overlooking the driveway area (facing up hill). The master bath has a whirlpool tub and separate shower, and a large closet with two sinks outside of the bathroom. Also on the upper level is a comfortable sitting area loft with two big chairs and a hide-a-bed couch. The main floor is great for hanging out, prepping food, dining and watching TV. There is also a decent sized deck with a patio table and chairs for 4 plus a gas grill (we didn't use the grill). The deck looks downhill with a view of many trees and the condos downhill. You can access the main floor directly from the garage. The kitchen, dining and living room are well laid out and have all the appliances and dishware you would need for a large or small group. There is also a large but dated stereo that plays CDs and cassette tapes, but not Bluetooth or even direct line-in compatible, so if you want to bring music, bring it on CDs. Sound was good. Bottom level has two bedrooms, another bath with tub/shower combo, and laundry. Both bedrooms have TVs also. One bedroom has a queen and a walk-out patio to the hot tub. The hot tub was nice, but seemed a bit over-chlorinated, but that might be the norm since I'm not use to using real hot tubs. The other bedroom has two twins, and a Nintendo Game Cube hooked up to the TV. There were some games, but we didn't use the system to see if it works. What I really appreciated about Chimney Ridge is the location. Just down the street is a place to rent bikes, and also a trailhead for an excellent short and easy hike that follows a small creek and then takes you to a reservoir that is loaded with trout. There are lots of trails to explore in the immediate area that get you above the developed condo area. It's a five minute walk to downtown. Downtown has many restaurants to choose from, and there are great walking/biking paths along the length of the river through town. Downtown is also a Pokémon GO hotspot, with a dozen or so Pokestops and 4 gyms. Suggestions for the owners/managers: Please provide a trail network map - the network is great, but we had to figure it out on our own. Thank you for renting your condo!"

  • Just Lovely

"Just was just an awesome place to stay. The town of Breckenridge is a special place to visit with many things to do for the whole family. This condo was perfect for are little getaway into the Rockies. Everything is well within walking distance and the condo itself is very comfortable and a great home base. We hope to be able to come back in the future."

  • Anniversary Trip

"My husband and I stayed in the condo for five days for a trip we took for our anniversary. The rate was great, but the view was simply amazing! especially to a couple of Okies! The room had everything we needed, a fully stocked kitchen, box fan for noise to sleep (a necessity in our house), the restroom was big, plenty of storage for our clothes, and even TV and wifi - although we spent all day outside experiencing Colorado. We went hiking, biking, keeping and shopping. So much to do! Didn't get to go horse back riding on the mountimain because we ran out of time. We used the kitchen to make breakfast and coffee of course every morning. There was an office to call if we needed anything like extra towels or pillows. Jennifer answered any questions I had quickly, we had such an amazing trip. Check-in was simple and seemless as was check-out. I highly recommend going and booking with Jennifer if you get a chance!"

  • Family Getaway

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Get townhouse, excellent location! My sister and I brought some family from California up to the mountains a few days. We had four adults and eight kids (ages 6-17yrs) This property is perfect for families, beautifully decorated and was very clean. Perfect place to stay for a mountain getaway. The location is close to Main street but yet sits far enough on the mountain to enjoy the peace and quiet and watch the animals roam- foxes, deer, etc."
