  • Awesome condo and owner!

"This condo is awesome and in a great location! Easy access for skiing and for town activities. The kitchen is perfect! It has everything you could possibly need for cooking. We stayed a week and ate every meal in the condo except for one. The grill on the patio is great too! The couches and the beds are very comfortable. My husband and I were there with our 3 grown sons, daughter-in-law, and one son's girlfriend. There was plenty of space for everyone, and having 3 bathrooms was awesome! We originally were going to have 8 people, and it would have been great for that many as well. The hot tub was very conveniently located. The parking was good even though it was Christmas week. The internet worked great as well. We have rented several VRBO condos, but Jon is by far the best owner ever! He made sure we had everything and more than we could possibly need. He went out of his way to make accommodations for anything and everything to make our stay perfect! We loved staying here! We would highly recommend this condo!!! Thanks so much for everything!"

  • Two families from Boulder

"We rented the house for a week for thanksgiving and it was the perfect place for us. Amazing kitchen (and I am very picky). Very clean. Owners were always available via text or phone with any questions and were very responsive to anything we needed. Great location close to downtown and the gondola. The bus picked up very close to the house. Was great for the kids to come and go, only a 5 minute bus ride to the gondola."

  • Best home ever!

"We held a family reunion of sorts in Breckenridge over New Year's with just our 4 adult children (ages 30-40) and their spouses...none of the 6 grandkids...and we the parents/in-laws. We had not all been together at the same time and place (with just the adults) in years. Ted Dreier's house (actually this is a home - not your typical rental) proved to be the best place we could have rented for the following reasons: 1. Everyone had their own clean space and there was plenty. 2. There was also plenty of together space (including the hot tub) and enough plates and silverware and chairs. 3. Transportation to the ski hill was a breeze...the parking lot and the bus are right there. You don't need a car! Ski rentals are within walking distance. You can walk to town! The bus takes you to the big grocery store, but you can walk to the little store. 4. There was enough parking for our people with cars. 5. The house had spices, dishwasher soap, toilet paper, towels, good heat, wifi, and coffee filters - well equipped. 6. Ted quickly responded to emails and questions and was a dear to work with on getting this planned and executed. He even followed up after the trip! 7. Because it was a home, instead of a hotel or sterile condo, we all immediately relaxed upon arrival and immediately took on our traditional family roles (first born vs. youngest) etc. and we had a blast. The only downside (besides having to leave) was that we could not find the trash bins because of all the snow so we left the trash in the garage. Ted said no problem! We want to come back! Great place/great stay - enhanced by having stayed here instead of someplace else! Thank you, thank you, thank you."

  • Nice condo right downtown Breckenridge

"We stayed here for 4 nights in July--2 adults, 2 kids, and a large dog. We had a GREAT time. It's located right at the end of Main street so easy access to lots of shops and restaurants with a grocery store a block away and a dog park about 3 blocks' walk in Carter Park. There are a lot of other dogs staying at this property as well. The town is oddly overly dog-friendly--you can even take your dog up the gondola. Location is ideal. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking just about anything and the condo is clean and relatively well maintained. We had a little trouble checking in since the office was closed, so I'd get the access code before you arrive if possible, but Jeff and the office staff were very responsive"
