  • Wonderful Condo in a Great Location

"First, the location of this condo is great for an easy walk into town. I can't comment on the walk to the Peak 9 lifts because they weren't running at the time we went, just before Thanksgiving. But they seem very close. The Condo itself was very clean; kitchen was well-equipped; and loved having 3 full bathrooms available. I truly enjoyed working with the owner, Catherine. She was very communicative, responsive to any issues we encountered and very accommodating to our requests. Whenever we come back to Breckenridge, I hope to rent her condo again."

  • PC

"Fabulous location, easy ground floor access, very convenient with skis etc, underground parking, very spacious, homely, short walk to lifts, restaurants, bars and the whole of downtown Breck. Very comfortable. Good local manager, nothing too much trouble. Recommended!"

  • Wonderful Thanksgiving in Breckenridge

"We were a group of 9 adults, 3 children and 2 dog's. The house was plenty big enough for all of us and there was everything you needed to live comfortably while we were there. One of the things we were concerned about was ....would there be enough hot water for all of us? We never ran out of hot water at any time and believe me we were doing lots of dishes and showers/baths. While we were preparing for our trip, the owner of the house communicated and answered any of the questions or concerns we had. To know that the owner's lived within driving distance to this house was reassuring in case something broke down. One recommendation I feel should be added to the description of the property is that there is actually 2 kitchen's in the house which made making our Thanksgiving Dinner easy to prepare and plenty of oven/stove space to do it in!"

  • Excellent condo and location in Breckenridge

"We rented the Chimney Ridge Condo for 5 nights in early august of 2016. The condo is very spacious - the top level has a master bedroom with a king bed, dresser, TV, and patio overlooking the driveway area (facing up hill). The master bath has a whirlpool tub and separate shower, and a large closet with two sinks outside of the bathroom. Also on the upper level is a comfortable sitting area loft with two big chairs and a hide-a-bed couch. The main floor is great for hanging out, prepping food, dining and watching TV. There is also a decent sized deck with a patio table and chairs for 4 plus a gas grill (we didn't use the grill). The deck looks downhill with a view of many trees and the condos downhill. You can access the main floor directly from the garage. The kitchen, dining and living room are well laid out and have all the appliances and dishware you would need for a large or small group. There is also a large but dated stereo that plays CDs and cassette tapes, but not Bluetooth or even direct line-in compatible, so if you want to bring music, bring it on CDs. Sound was good. Bottom level has two bedrooms, another bath with tub/shower combo, and laundry. Both bedrooms have TVs also. One bedroom has a queen and a walk-out patio to the hot tub. The hot tub was nice, but seemed a bit over-chlorinated, but that might be the norm since I'm not use to using real hot tubs. The other bedroom has two twins, and a Nintendo Game Cube hooked up to the TV. There were some games, but we didn't use the system to see if it works. What I really appreciated about Chimney Ridge is the location. Just down the street is a place to rent bikes, and also a trailhead for an excellent short and easy hike that follows a small creek and then takes you to a reservoir that is loaded with trout. There are lots of trails to explore in the immediate area that get you above the developed condo area. It's a five minute walk to downtown. Downtown has many restaurants to choose from, and there are great walking/biking paths along the length of the river through town. Downtown is also a Pokémon GO hotspot, with a dozen or so Pokestops and 4 gyms. Suggestions for the owners/managers: Please provide a trail network map - the network is great, but we had to figure it out on our own. Thank you for renting your condo!"
