  • Wonderful Condo and Place To Stay

"We picked this condo for a quick cool off summer vacation with the family as were not disappointed. It is very nicely appointed and very comfortable. The property owners were very accommodating and very helpful answering questions about the unit and town. We really enjoyed being close to the pool so we could keep in touch with the kids while they were swimming. Also loved the hot tubs. Very relaxing. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Breckenridge this is it. Try it out, you won't be disappointed. We will definitely be back."

  • Perfect place for a family or group

"I have stayed at other VRBO proprieties over the years and I personally own a vacation rental property so I aware of what guest like. They have done an excellent job with their house The house is in a perfect location, it has a great view of the Breckenridge resort. The layout is perfect to give guests privacy if they want it, the second living area on the ground floor is great for the kids to separate from the adults. The house was furnished well, the kitchen had every thing would need it you plan on cooking it."

  • Perfect location!

"The condo is perfectly situated at the edge of downtown. It made for easy access to eateries, shops, and entertainment. We had a great time exploring Breckenridge and even found hiking trails within walking distance of the condo. Even with the close proximity to downtown, the condo was very quiet. The beds are comfortable and there was plenty of space to relax and prepare meals. The view from the deck is fabulous. We enjoyed our coffee there every morning. Thank you for opening your condo for our stay, Chris!"

  • Excellent condo and location in Breckenridge

"We rented the Chimney Ridge Condo for 5 nights in early august of 2016. The condo is very spacious - the top level has a master bedroom with a king bed, dresser, TV, and patio overlooking the driveway area (facing up hill). The master bath has a whirlpool tub and separate shower, and a large closet with two sinks outside of the bathroom. Also on the upper level is a comfortable sitting area loft with two big chairs and a hide-a-bed couch. The main floor is great for hanging out, prepping food, dining and watching TV. There is also a decent sized deck with a patio table and chairs for 4 plus a gas grill (we didn't use the grill). The deck looks downhill with a view of many trees and the condos downhill. You can access the main floor directly from the garage. The kitchen, dining and living room are well laid out and have all the appliances and dishware you would need for a large or small group. There is also a large but dated stereo that plays CDs and cassette tapes, but not Bluetooth or even direct line-in compatible, so if you want to bring music, bring it on CDs. Sound was good. Bottom level has two bedrooms, another bath with tub/shower combo, and laundry. Both bedrooms have TVs also. One bedroom has a queen and a walk-out patio to the hot tub. The hot tub was nice, but seemed a bit over-chlorinated, but that might be the norm since I'm not use to using real hot tubs. The other bedroom has two twins, and a Nintendo Game Cube hooked up to the TV. There were some games, but we didn't use the system to see if it works. What I really appreciated about Chimney Ridge is the location. Just down the street is a place to rent bikes, and also a trailhead for an excellent short and easy hike that follows a small creek and then takes you to a reservoir that is loaded with trout. There are lots of trails to explore in the immediate area that get you above the developed condo area. It's a five minute walk to downtown. Downtown has many restaurants to choose from, and there are great walking/biking paths along the length of the river through town. Downtown is also a Pokémon GO hotspot, with a dozen or so Pokestops and 4 gyms. Suggestions for the owners/managers: Please provide a trail network map - the network is great, but we had to figure it out on our own. Thank you for renting your condo!"
