  • Amazing House!!

"We stayed at this house over Spring Break, and after many, many trips to Breckenridge, my family all agreed this was the best place we've ever stayed. The house is large with room to spread out, and the pool table and hot tub was amazing. If you have kids, the sledding hill across the street is gold! The house is so close to downtown Breckenridge, and the shortcut makes it extremely easy access. The management company was pretty great (thanks Carlos!), and responded promptly when I had a quick question. We will absolutely be back to this house, and our thanks to the owners that have made it available!"

  • Great View, Close to Downtown Breck

"Thank you for the great weekend in Breck, Sally! This condo is a nice size 3 bedroom 2 bath condo. We were comfortable here and felt we had plenty of room. The location is very convenient to downtown breck - there is an easy shuttle you can walk to in about 2 mins or it is about a 7 minute drive. The condo is clean and comfortable. The only downside was that the check out is at 10AM which made it a bit difficult to ski our last day. The condo owner is very responsive and helpful with any questions. Overall, I plan to stay here again!"

  • March 2017 Stay

"Always a great stay...plenty of room for friends to gather in the common areas yet able to find peace and quiet in the bedrooms. Great location and close to shopping and great restaurants. We'll be back!"

  • Mature property in a fantastic location

"As the title suggests, the location cannot be beaten. It is at the peak 9 base, close to many rental and equipment shops, and across the street from downtown Breckenridge. There is really no need for a car as everything is within walking distance and/or accessible by the hotel/city shuttles. The location also offers a fantastic view of Peak 9, and you can see the ski school from the main window. Some other points to consider. 1) The hotel is aged, and the unit itself show signs of age. The building elevators, architecture, flooring, etc., all show signs of age. As you may see from the listing photos, the unit itself is carpeted whereas a non-absorbent type floor would provide a more updated and cleaner look and feel. 2) While the listing indicates a capacity for 4, our party of 2 adults and 2 small children were very cramped throughout the unit, given the amount of gear that we brought for skiing and outdoor activity. 3) The clothes dryer serving our floor was not operational. This is the responsibility of building maintenance, and not of the listing agents. 4) If you are driving a big car, be careful maneuvering around the garage. 5) Lastly, when we checked in, the unit was not completed cleaned. The bedspread was dirty and not made properly, the floor was not vacuumed, there was minor trash under the bed, and one of the kitchen cabinets was open, as if housekeeping was about to return. With that said, Joseph (sp?) addressed the situation very quickly and promptly, and even went above and beyond, by personally visiting us. Again, the location is fantastic and convenient while the unit is an older type unit, with associated look and feel."
