  • Had a great stay. Very comfortable.

"We had a great time at the ski and racket condo. Living room and dining area were very spacious. Kitchen was fully equipped. Beds very comfortable. Nice pool, hot tub, and tennis court in great shape. Unit had a nice long narrow deck to sit out on but not much for views which was the only downside. We even used the Murphy bed in th LivRm which was nice. Would stay again."

  • Great set up for a group ski vacation or a large family

"We had 2 families for a 5 night spring break ski vacation (4 kids and 4 adults). The set up was perfect - each set of parents had their own private bedroom on different levels and the kids were able to take over the basement, which also meant the adults could stay up later and not worry about keeping the kids awake. There's plenty of room on the main level for everyone to hang out, eat and watch tv or movies and it's a short walk/shuttle ride to main street if you want to go out. We loved the easy access to ski down to the snowflake lift. The heated garage made it easy to get ready in the morning AND have a place to put your wet gear in the evening for it to dry and be ready to go again the next day. The garage is large enough with benches that everyone was able to comfortably get gear on and off, even with a car parked in there. Note that for any younger or inexperienced skiers, the "ski-in" trail has one flat area as it goes around the little lake (about 50 yards or so) so adults may need to do a little "ski-pole towing", but it's worth it for the convenience of not having to wait for a bus at the end of the day."

  • no snow no problem

"No snow during our post thanksgiving stay at this crystal peak lodge condo. The space was spotless upon arrival. The entertainment was well supported with great wifi and streaming options. This condo had an amazingly well equipped kitchen with higher end appliances. The furnishings was comfortable and spaciously arranged. The bedding was comfortable and bathrooms generous in size with elegant decor. A lack of snow limited the purpose of our visit but the comfort of this shangri-la muted any disappointments we had over the skiing situation. I should mention that the owners were fantastic about keeping me abreast of check in procedures and all information related to our stay. I would definitely stay at this condo again."

  • Spring Break

"My husband and I with our 2 teenagers rented Jim's condo for spring break this year. It was perfect! We could walk to the lifts and walk to the downtown shopping area. The condo was stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals. The entrance to the pool and 4 hot tubs was right across the parking lot. There was a laundry room downstairs and we had no trouble finding an available washer and dryer when we needed them. There was no charge for using the machines. The ski locker held all of our equipment and there was plenty of parking close to the stairs leading to the condo. We had a wonderful week in Breckenridge and hope to return. When we do, we will rent Jim's condo again."
