"Fabulous location, easy ground floor access, very convenient with skis etc, underground parking, very spacious, homely, short walk to lifts, restaurants, bars and the whole of downtown Breck. Very comfortable. Good local manager, nothing too much trouble. Recommended!"

  • Great home, very clean, great owner!

"This home was occupied by my wife and I along with our parents and dogs. One of our guests was disabled and is unable to climb stairs. This home was perfect with the main floor master suite and very open floor plan including large kitchen (and no stairs to get in/out the front or back). It even had a shower chair available for use by disabled persons. The home was very clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils, bath products and TVs in every room. It has a large, western-facing patio with a gas grill. This house sits in a quiet (when we stayed) neighborhood up the hill from town, VERY close proximity to the free town shuttle, and had a very clean, large, private hot tub. The available lock-off apartment was perfect to add another suite-style living space, as it was accessible from its separate entrance or from within the home near the other bedrooms. Walking trails are nearby to keep the dogs tired out. We stayed two nights and couldn't have asked for a better time. Noreen was very helpful and very quick to respond to every one of our (several) inquiries. She was beyond accommodating. Whether it is one couple, a family, or a group of friends, I would recommend this rental to anybody looking to stay in Breckenridge without the commotion and price of downtown and on-peak rentals."

  • Perfect for a family ski vacation

"The condo was perfect for our family of 6. It is extremely convenient to get to the Quicksilver Lift. We would cross the street, pick up our boots and skis from Charter Sports in the Marriott each morning, then get on the lift. We came in each day for lunch. The kitchen is well stocked. We cooked dinner 3 out of the 5 nights. You are close enough to Main Street to walk to dinner or shop. Furniture is comfortable and in great condition. The bathrooms are small but very clean. Never ran out of hot water. The owners use quality linens and there were several towels available to take to the community hot tub, which is directly behind the building. The rooms upstairs are both open. One is a true loft and the other is open to the stairs; there is a door separating the two rooms. Not a lot of privacy, but was fine for our kids. Owners are quick to respond to questions. Great price. Very Clean. Convenient to slopes and town. We would definitely stay at this condo again."

  • Great location for town access, Lovely Owners

"We spent a great 3 weeks here. The location is ideal, being 1 block off Main St. and right next to bus routes up the mountain. One of the nicest trails in Breck is just a short distance away. Pros – The unit has excellent kitchen supplies. The Pots and Pans were the best selection and quality I have seen in a rental unit (which isn't generally saying much, but in this case well exceeded my expectations). Nice supply of beds which were comfortable and of good quality. Owner was very nice and good to work with. While not a luxury unit it was very comfortable and I plan to rent again when I return. Cons - The master gets light pretty early in the summer (no worries in the winter). It can also be a bit noisy with kids playing or running by windows, esp. on weekends (probably more an issue in the summer when windows are open). However, the second bedroom is much better in both accounts."
