  • Great location to slopes and very clean!

"We had a family of 5 stay at condo #317 over Presidents' Day weekend. Let me begin by saying the check in was so easy and detailed perfectly in an email, which was great for a late night arrival. The parking was covered and there was easy access to both the condos and the ski lockers. The condo was so clean, and I'm a neat freak, so that was great. It was very dated though in terms of decor and furniture. As long as you can get past the 70s decor, it's very cozy and roomy for a family. The kitchen was well stocked, but it would be nice if they had more pans, or better yet, an electric griddle for making mounds of pancakes in the morning. It just takes too long on the stove with meat cooking. Otherwise, all appliances worked well and the staples like trash bags, dishwasher detergent, tin foil, salt and pepper were there. The two bathrooms were very clean and simple. The beds do require some upgrading when it comes to the mattresses. I can get passed the 70's decor, but hard beds after a long day of skiing is problematic. Even the kids complained that the beds were too hard. Oddly, they had great comfy pillows, so that was certainly nice. It's convenient to the slopes, but quite far from downtown. I wouldn't recommend if you didn't have a car or wanted to walk to town."

  • Timbernest Condo

"We had a wonderful time in Breckenridge. The condo was perfect! It is close to slopes and close to downtown. We never did move our car all week. The condo is very well equipped. I over packed on supplies, as already in condo. The condo is quiet. We never did hear our neighbors. One suggestion is to look at the fan in the main bathroom. It sounds like it's on it's last leg. We love the gas fireplace and old VHS movies. We would return in a heartbeat. Paul liked the breakfast bar. We ate all our meals in. Fortunately for us, Breckenridge received 34" of new snow the week were there. Eric was responsive to all our questions, he was candid and honest. The condo may be a little cozy with more than a couple kids but we made it work with a teenager and 20 year old. We could not of asked for a more enjoyable week! Hope we can return one day. A couple more things... the laundry facility was excellent. It would be helpful to have had a second set of condo keys, but understand if for security reasons it's better to have only one set. ."

  • Great winter vacation stay

"We had three families share this home to ski during March 2016. It was large enough to accommodate our entire group and we had plenty of space. It was close to the slopes and to town and the large garage and space for our ski equipment was ideal. We enjoyed the hot tub, the spacious kitchen and big living area. I highly recommend this property for any group!"

  • Week of spring skiing at Breckenridge!

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a week at Motherlode A-11 for some spring skiing. The location is quite nice, walking distance (5-10 min) from one of the lifts. The condo is nice, although the kitchen is not very well stocked with cooking items (only one cutting board, can opener was broken, etc). There is a crock pot, which is great. Took us all week to learn there was a leaf to the dining room table but then the table wouldn't open to fit the leaf in! We had 2 families, with 8 people. There is an extra bunk bed in one guest room so you could fit 10 easily."
