  • Perfect Rustic Colorado Getaway

"The first and most important thing that is critical for me is a comfortable bed. Although the beds are twins, they are comfortable. The space is charming and clean, a lovely sitting area outside to watch the sun set and surrounded by horses, adorable dogs and a cat that is keen on catching mice. I can't wait to bring my husband and dog back here for a fishing trip."

  • Great spot for a family gathering

"We so enjoyed staying in this mountain home with our adult children - 6 of us in all. The kitchen was well equipped, loved all of the wooden bowls and pottery. The place made us feel right at home - felt more like staying with friends than renting. The beds were comfy, bathrooms were just right for 6 adults. We planned to use the outdoor fire pit but didn't get around to it. The view of Mt. Sopras as you awake in the morning was fabulous! Great hikes nearby, close to restaurants in Carbondale and Glenwood."

  • Condo at the Ranch at the Roaring Fork

"The condo had 2 large bedrooms and bathrooms and a very nice open living room and dining room. We cooked most of our meals in the well equipped kitchen. We loved sitting on the back patio looking at the private lake and the beautiful mountains. The owners were kind enough to leave their umbrella so we were able to use the patio any time of the day. The condo comes with 2 fishing badges and my husband enjoyed fly fishing in the private lakes and roaring fork river. We had a very relaxing 5 days in the condo. The towns of Carbondale and Basalt are close by and have some cute shops and good restaurants. We would recommend this condo and area of Colorado."

  • A great place in a great area

"Just last week, July 25th, 2015, my girlfriend and I stayed at the Hideaway Cabins. Both Charley and Carol were great with their hospitality and flexibility. We were unable to stay our full time at one cabin because of availability, but both Charley and Carol were flexible and accommodating by allowing us to switch cabins and take full advantage of our vacation time. Next time we’ll make it a point to make our reservations well in advance. Both cabins are sweet and charming. The larger one has more room so if you’re going with a group, make sure you get that one. We also enjoyed the town of Marble: experiencing a little bit of history with a walk through the old marble factory, and the live music Tuesday and Friday night at the Slow Groovin BBQ restaurant with the nice local people. Marble is also close to other places thus allowing us to mountain bike, hike, and take a dip in the hot springs. We look forward to our next visit."
