  • Crystal River Valley Paradise

"This home is delightfully comfortable, beautifully decorated, with an amazing view of White House Mountain from the front deck. My husband and I love the Crystal River Valley where Marble, CO is definitely the end of the road. We spent six nights in this remote mountain retreat and we did NOT want to leave. Comfy couches and queen bed with luxurious linens, perfect ambient lighting, relaxing jacuzzi tub, fully stocked kitchen. Nice being able to wash/dry clothes and have land line and wifi since there's no cell phone reception. Great to unplug but still be available if needed! A huge buck ambled across the lawn while we relaxed on the deck, and there were hummingbirds and chipmunks galore. Horseback riding at Outwest Guides in Marble is a way to experience the majestic Rockies. Can't wait to return."

  • Perfect Rustic Colorado Getaway

"The first and most important thing that is critical for me is a comfortable bed. Although the beds are twins, they are comfortable. The space is charming and clean, a lovely sitting area outside to watch the sun set and surrounded by horses, adorable dogs and a cat that is keen on catching mice. I can't wait to bring my husband and dog back here for a fishing trip."

  • A great place in a great area

"Just last week, July 25th, 2015, my girlfriend and I stayed at the Hideaway Cabins. Both Charley and Carol were great with their hospitality and flexibility. We were unable to stay our full time at one cabin because of availability, but both Charley and Carol were flexible and accommodating by allowing us to switch cabins and take full advantage of our vacation time. Next time we’ll make it a point to make our reservations well in advance. Both cabins are sweet and charming. The larger one has more room so if you’re going with a group, make sure you get that one. We also enjoyed the town of Marble: experiencing a little bit of history with a walk through the old marble factory, and the live music Tuesday and Friday night at the Slow Groovin BBQ restaurant with the nice local people. Marble is also close to other places thus allowing us to mountain bike, hike, and take a dip in the hot springs. We look forward to our next visit."

  • Stunningly beautiful and peaceful

"The Cabin in the Sky is just that. The views as well as the beautifully crafted home are really welcoming and provide a deep sense of rest and peace. If you love the Colorado mountains, a rugged and remote location (Marble, CO), and nearby access to excellent hard core hiking, you will like staying at this home. It was a lovely and quiet place to stay."
