  • Perfect condo for family ski trip!!

"Our family of 5 stayed here for the second time and were even more impressed than the previous year! Updated kitchen and bedroom furniture makes this place beautiful as well as very functional! We love how close it is to center village -- making the slopes, restaurants, shopping all within walking distance! We happily parked our SUV (with the topper on) in the underground garage and left it there for the week! The bunk bed room was perfect for our 3 kids and we could have easily add one more in there and use the sofa bed if needed! The master suite is perfect including the next bedframe with plenty of drawers to unpack for the your stay -- my one and only complaint is the bed sits pretty high and at 5'2" it was a bit hard to get into!! (minor detail!) Having two bathrooms with showers is plus and even a nice bath tub if needed. Distance to the parking garage, hot tubs and laundry is really convenient as well! I can't stay enough great things about the Passage Point 104 and it's owners! Thank you! We will be back!"

  • Copper ski week

"Big Horn Rental was very easy to work with from the get-go. They were responsive with my questions. It may have been my oversight, but I did not recall reading anywhere on the listing that we would have to pick up keys in Frisco. Though not far, it's a huge hassle at night, especially with two tired kids. I guess we've been lucky in never having to pick up keys away from where the property is located. Just thought I'd share with anyone who, like me, may not read the full disclosure. The location of this condo is absolutely wonderful. It's not quite ski in ski out, but it certainly is an easy jaunt to the American Eagle and American Flyer. We did not venture to other villages, but the shuttle was right outside the building, making it a piece of cake. The underground parking was definitely a bonus, but good luck parking large SUVs. The hot tubs were clean and hot, and with three of them easily reachable, there was not an issue with overcrowding. The unit itself is certainly dated, but overall clean. There were no "ewww" moments, which is a huge plus. The fireplace was nice and we used it at night to dry our soggy gloves. The main bedroom had a comfy bed, and the bunk beds in the "closet" were only a bit squeaky. The one personal dislike we had was just that the pillows were teeny and very uncomfortable. They did provide one memory foam pillow, which was a tad better, but with the four of us, the pillows made for a tough time sleeping the first few nights until we got adjusted. If you can, bring your own pillows. There were only also comforters in the main bedroom, so the kids would get a bit chilly at night in the bunk beds. The lighting was also fairly dim, so reading a book may be tough in the living room. The bathrooms were spacious and the showers had generous water pressure, though again the lighting was dim in our opinion. We did not make use of the TVs, but they were available, as was a DVD player. The kitchen had sufficient settings for our family of four, and there was, surprisingly, canola oil, sugar, salt and pepper supplied. The pots and pans were old and scraped, but given we didn't cook much, it wasn't a big deal. Pros- location, location, location. Reasonable pricing. Comfy beds (except pillows) Cons- Dim lighting, could use new cookware and some extra comforters."

  • Views from every window & lots of room

"This condo is just as great as it looks in the photos. Plenty of extra room for luggage and snow gear with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Wonderful views from every window. We loved being able to see the hot tubs and action all the way down to burning stones plaza from the balcony. Extra pillows and blankets kept us cozy on the couch and chairs (which recline!) while watching TV in the evenings. So great to have enough seating for a family of 4. Passage Point is perfectly located. You can start your day walking to the American Flyer lift, and when you're exhausted at the end of the day catch the bus from Union Creek which stops right in front of the building. Owner has lots of family games and dvds in the entertainment chest. Loved it! Hope to book this one again!"

  • Passage Point. Great Unit!

"This condo is will kept and well stocked with everything you need. Beds are all firm and comfortable. Quality couches and TV's. Great pool and hot tubs. 2 lockers for skies and snowboards, so don't ding up the unit. My family and I have been staying in Passage point for many years. This is one of the good ones. Tina Spencer is a great Gal to deal with. She makes it very easy. Just let her do her thing. Thank you, The Skaar Family."
