  • Awesome Ski In Location With A Colorado Home Feel

"This unit is amazing. It was only available to rent starting last year. We've now had the opportunity to stay in 144C both Summer and Winter. In winter the location offers a true ski in access. It is a short walk to either the American Flyer or Union Creek lift. The best is that you can ski to the back patio thru a condo access trail, take off your skis, and you're home. The townhome has a private heated two car garage accessed by an under ground garage entrance so no schlepping gear in from outside. From the garage the lower level hall serves two bedrooms, bathroom, laundry, and back patio. The main level has a great room(with additional sleeping accommodations), dining, wet bar area, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. We enjoyed the convenience of the gas fireplace to sit back and relax, watch a movie from the DVD selection or netflix, or play some of the games the owners furnished. It truly is homey atmosphere nicely furnished and decorated. Upstairs the master suite has a large bathroom with whirlpool tub. The balconies look out towards the mountain. In summer we especially enjoyed sitting out on one of the two balconies or patio overlooking the rushing stream that runs through Copper next to the pathway. The pathway allows a short walk to Center Village one way, or the other direction connects to the Vail bike path. The rushing stream was great to fall asleep to with the windows open on a summer night. On the other side of the townhome there's a barbecue grill and fire pit area where we cooked out and had s'mores. Winter is great at Copper but there is so much to do and see in the summer as well. We look forward to coming back."

  • Very well situated and well outfitted condo with room for lots of guests.

"You can't get closer to the slopes! Spacious and well outfitted. I respectfully submit to the owner/manager the following: 1. The condo is dark at night. Please put in more powerful bulbs in the existing lamps. Please add at least one powerful floor lamp in each bedroom to aid in general lighting and reading. 2. Of less import, please replace the tired/worn carpet, and the deteriorating subfloor near the 2nd bath. With these caveats, this is a very nice, condo, and I'll consider staying there again."

  • A great stay!

"We loved your condo. It was very nice and well stocked, plus perfect location. Only a few recommendations. The ski locker lock needs oiling or something, it's difficult to open. It was usually quite warm in the condo while we were there (true Spring weather) but we couldn't get the AC to come on or even just the fan. There were plenty of towels, etc but the hot pads in the kitchen were really dirty -- lots of food on them. If we had been there long enough to do laundry we would have washed them, but I put them on the counter with the dishtowels when we checked out. Finally, kitchen again, the sponge was pretty grungy. Would be better to provide a clean dishcloth. But we would definitely stay again."
