  • Wonderful Ski Vacation - FANTASTIC Place!

"Dan - You are 100% right! Spruce Lodge is one of the best buildings in Copper Mountain, and you're place is head and shoulders above the rest! My daughter fell in love with the furniture in your loft. The layout of the Condo with the loft and two bedrooms makes it very comfortable for large groups and you have it furnished with all the cooking amenities that we could ask for! I can't wait until we can work with you again next year!"

  • Ski in/Ski out Cozy Lodge Condo

"We absolutely loved our trip to Copper Mountain. Josh was very informative and responsive. The condo was exactly what we were looking for, even a bit too big for my boyfriend and I! The kitchen is huge and stocked with everything you need to cook in. There is a large living room with a fireplace and a balcony with a beautiful view of the mountain. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a heated lamp. We took advantage of the outdoor hot tub and everyone in the building was very friendly. We explored to the Central and West Villages by the shuttle bus, which runs every 10 mins or so... and is free! We also took a shuttle to Frisco (about 10 mins away) and picked up groceries at the Safeway and Whole Foods. We were so pleased with the lodge, thank you Josh!!"

  • BEST BIRTHDAY TRIP EVER!!!

"I celebrated my 60th birthday at this wonderful condo with my family and friends. Lots of sleeping space, well stocked kitchen, great views and awesome hot tubs to relax in at the end of the day. We were able to check out "late" (1pm) to ski some fresh powder our last morning. Thanx Josh!!"

  • Great location, great amenities

"We completed our 6 night stay on 12/23/2016 and have nothing but good things to say about this property. First of all, the property owner Josh Beyer, is top notch. This is a very important quality when renting through VRBO to know that you're dealing with someone who is passionate about ensuring their guests have a great experience. Josh was extremely prompt in replying to our original request and went out of his way to make sure everything was handled quickly and professionally so we could rest assured we would have a quality unit to stay in during our vacation to Copper. As for the unit itself, it was perfect for our family (2 adults, 3 children 15, 12 and 10) and what we were looking for. There is a considerable jump in price when looking for 3 bedroom units, so we were primarily concerned with having enough beds for everyone without having to use a pull out. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen/twin bunk arrangement which accommodated our family perfectly without having to book a 3 bedroom unit. In addition to this, the unit is very well equipped. If you're interested in cooking in, it had all essential pots (including a crock pot), pans, plates, glasses, utensils, cleaning supplies, etc., etc. We've stayed at other units that have provided minimal amenities that always required us to go out and purchase small items... with this unit, we had everything we needed. This unit also had newer flat screen, smart (built-in Netflix, etc.) Vizio televisions in both bedrooms and the den. It also had a very nice dial/timer controlled gas log fireplace that we used extensively. Finally, the location is really fantastic. On a previous trip, we had stayed at Tucker Mountain which is a little closer to the slopes. However, with this being a ground floor unit, the Eagle and Flyer lifts in Center Village are approximately a 3-4 minute leisurely stroll from door to lift, it's about a 90 second stroll to Copper's green bus route (to West Village), about a 30 second indoor walk down the hall and a flight of steps to the parking garage and about a 30 second walk to the three great outdoor hot tubs. The ONLY option this unit doesn't offer is a washer and dryer; however, it is about a 60 second walk up the stairs to a nice 2nd floor laundromat. Overall, this was a great unit at an affordable price and we look forward to dealing with Josh again in the future."
