  • Wonderful Ski Vacation - FANTASTIC Place!

"Dan - You are 100% right! Spruce Lodge is one of the best buildings in Copper Mountain, and you're place is head and shoulders above the rest! My daughter fell in love with the furniture in your loft. The layout of the Condo with the loft and two bedrooms makes it very comfortable for large groups and you have it furnished with all the cooking amenities that we could ask for! I can't wait until we can work with you again next year!"

  • Nothing Short of a Fantastic Experience!

"We vacationed in Copper over Spring Break, and this condo was absolutely ideal. The unit itself was well taken care of and was super clean - all of the things you would expect when renting a vacation condo. However, it was some of the other amenities that really made this unit stand out among the others; things like a ridiculously comfortable king size bed (great after a long day of skiing), tasteful decor, and a spacious kitchen with granite counter tops - perfect for staying in and cooking a delicious dinner. Our son was more than pleased with the pull-out bed, and the view from the balcony featured a picturesque panorama of the mountain, which served as a beautiful reminder that you are indeed vacationing in a little slice of pure heaven. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of Center Village, just a short walk away from the lifts, restaurants, and shopping. The owners were very accommodating and courteous, and there is no doubt that our next vacation will find our family back in Copper and staying at this condo."

  • Great location

"Our family of four stayed at this property in November 2015. Many Copper properties advertise ski-in, ski-out, and most are not. This truly is a ski-in condo and a short hike to a beginner lift (Pitchfork) where you can then ski down to Superbee, a high-speed six-person chair. It's in East Village, which is the more difficult side of the mountain...and less crowded! The shuttle bus also stops about 100 yards from the condo and can easily take you to Center Village, the main hub of Copper. The condo was clean beyond belief, and perfect for our family. The king bed was very comfortable, TV in the bedroom, and the bunk beds in the entry hall were quite large and also comfortable. Our kids are teens and they had no issues with the bunk beds. The living room furniture was also very comfortable, and the gas fireplace a sure bonus. There is also an electric grill on the balcony. Being from Texas...I was skeptical of any grill that 'plugs in', but we did steaks one night and they turned out great. Hit the Safeway in Frisco for groceries. This is a corner unit. The balcony looks out onto the Pitchfork Chairlift with a view of the mountain. A living room window overlooks the heated pool. Covered parking was a plus as well. The assigned parking spot is next to the entry door. A ski locker to store equipment is located on the parking garage level, which beats hauling your equipment upstairs and downstairs each day. A coin operated laundry facility is also on the bottom floor. We packed light and simply did laundry one evening. The kitchen was not overly stocked with condiments, but I believe we were the first rental in some time as the clocks were not changed after the time change several weeks earlier, so probably simply the results of a very deep cleaning. There was a coffee pot and waffle maker for our use. Fridge was spotless. The price was great, and owner a true joy to work with. Wifi worked well. The only 'surprise' was the condo states it's on the second floor...but it's actually three flights of stairs as the parking garage 'floor' is not counted as a floor, and there was no elevator (that we could find), so be prepared to haul your stuff up stairs three floors. But, the silver lining...that's one way to acclimate to the altitude going up and down three flights of stairs. This property was perfect for our four-day stay for us parents and two kiddos. We would return in a heartbeat! Thanks Leslie for a wonderful stay!"

  • Great Vacation at Copper

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Copper Condo. Super cute, well furnished and great location. Everything was VERY neat and clean. The king bed and the sleeper sofa were also comfortable...noise was never an issue. We met the full-time resident that lives upstairs and he was kind and we never heard any noise...and we go to sleep early. Yes, there is a rule sheet to follow and it seems that helps maintain a comfortable, tidy vacation condo. Would absolutely stay there in the again! Owners were super friendly, responsive to emails and payment process couldn't have been easier."
