  • Nice Ski Vacation rental close to the lifts.

"The unit is in close proximity to the Copper Eagle and Flyer lifts. It has 2 bunk beds in the second bedroom, and with the King bed in the master and the pull out couch, there was plenty of room for all of us. The outdoor hot tubs were awesome after a day on the slopes. Everything was wonderful. I would suggest a few minor improvements.....the dining table is unstable, the can opener doesn't work, there is no shower caddie in the master shower and there doesn't seem to be enough silverware. If these were taken care of the place is perfect. I would highly recommend this unit and would consider it again on our next vacation."

  • Excellent Condo and location

"Colorado local renter. We have 2 younger kids and decided on renting for multiple extended weekends this season. We rented #407 for weekends in January and Feb. I am so glad I picked this unit and also picked it for both weekends. Passage Pointe is located maybe 50 yards from the Eagle and Flyer lifts in Center Village. We are talking maybe 60 second walking to the lifts and right there around restaurants, shopping, ice skating etc. Having 2 younger kids, the less we have to walk and carry gear the better. I highly recommend this unit not only because of location but it is extremely well maintained and clean. Our kids were so excited to go back, not to mention us. The property manager is very responsive and friendly also. She always answers the phone and if you do get VM, she will call you back asap. Very accommodating as well. She answered her phone at 9 pm on a Thursday when we were about to depart and we could not locate the room key she sent us. We ended up finding it but the manager Marcella was already getting a "pan B" for us just in case. I cannot say enough about this unit and owners and we have found our place to rent for the next years...that is unless we buy in Passage Point ourselves! This unit has a balcony that faces Copper so you can see when the lifts are running. The pool and hot tubs are great. Parking is awesome in the garage and the best thing of all is the king size bed in the bedroom! For the kids, there is a pull out sofa which we heard no complaints and when it is put back the condo has more than enough room for all of us. You will not be disappointed in this rental. Highly recommended."

  • Great location

"Our family of four stayed at this property in November 2015. Many Copper properties advertise ski-in, ski-out, and most are not. This truly is a ski-in condo and a short hike to a beginner lift (Pitchfork) where you can then ski down to Superbee, a high-speed six-person chair. It's in East Village, which is the more difficult side of the mountain...and less crowded! The shuttle bus also stops about 100 yards from the condo and can easily take you to Center Village, the main hub of Copper. The condo was clean beyond belief, and perfect for our family. The king bed was very comfortable, TV in the bedroom, and the bunk beds in the entry hall were quite large and also comfortable. Our kids are teens and they had no issues with the bunk beds. The living room furniture was also very comfortable, and the gas fireplace a sure bonus. There is also an electric grill on the balcony. Being from Texas...I was skeptical of any grill that 'plugs in', but we did steaks one night and they turned out great. Hit the Safeway in Frisco for groceries. This is a corner unit. The balcony looks out onto the Pitchfork Chairlift with a view of the mountain. A living room window overlooks the heated pool. Covered parking was a plus as well. The assigned parking spot is next to the entry door. A ski locker to store equipment is located on the parking garage level, which beats hauling your equipment upstairs and downstairs each day. A coin operated laundry facility is also on the bottom floor. We packed light and simply did laundry one evening. The kitchen was not overly stocked with condiments, but I believe we were the first rental in some time as the clocks were not changed after the time change several weeks earlier, so probably simply the results of a very deep cleaning. There was a coffee pot and waffle maker for our use. Fridge was spotless. The price was great, and owner a true joy to work with. Wifi worked well. The only 'surprise' was the condo states it's on the second floor...but it's actually three flights of stairs as the parking garage 'floor' is not counted as a floor, and there was no elevator (that we could find), so be prepared to haul your stuff up stairs three floors. But, the silver lining...that's one way to acclimate to the altitude going up and down three flights of stairs. This property was perfect for our four-day stay for us parents and two kiddos. We would return in a heartbeat! Thanks Leslie for a wonderful stay!"
