  • Wonderful Space and Convenient Location

"This condo is in the center of Copper Mountain; close to many restaurants and the American Eagle and American Flyer lifts. There is plenty of space for a family to spread out. The bed combinations gave many options for sleeping. The condo decor is a bit on the dated side, but it suited our family just fine. The kitchen had all the items needed for our week stay. I loved the fact that there was a big box of tissues and a bottle of lotion in each bathroom. The kitchen also had extra garbage bags and dish soap, which is not often the case in a rental. The office called to make sure all was in working condition, another nice touch. Some helpful hints: The scissors are only 1/2 there. The fans were nice to have in the loft. I could only get 1 humidifier to work, even though there are several in the condo. I would recommend this condo to families traveling to Copper Mtn."

  • Great location

"Our family of four stayed at this property in November 2015. Many Copper properties advertise ski-in, ski-out, and most are not. This truly is a ski-in condo and a short hike to a beginner lift (Pitchfork) where you can then ski down to Superbee, a high-speed six-person chair. It's in East Village, which is the more difficult side of the mountain...and less crowded! The shuttle bus also stops about 100 yards from the condo and can easily take you to Center Village, the main hub of Copper. The condo was clean beyond belief, and perfect for our family. The king bed was very comfortable, TV in the bedroom, and the bunk beds in the entry hall were quite large and also comfortable. Our kids are teens and they had no issues with the bunk beds. The living room furniture was also very comfortable, and the gas fireplace a sure bonus. There is also an electric grill on the balcony. Being from Texas...I was skeptical of any grill that 'plugs in', but we did steaks one night and they turned out great. Hit the Safeway in Frisco for groceries. This is a corner unit. The balcony looks out onto the Pitchfork Chairlift with a view of the mountain. A living room window overlooks the heated pool. Covered parking was a plus as well. The assigned parking spot is next to the entry door. A ski locker to store equipment is located on the parking garage level, which beats hauling your equipment upstairs and downstairs each day. A coin operated laundry facility is also on the bottom floor. We packed light and simply did laundry one evening. The kitchen was not overly stocked with condiments, but I believe we were the first rental in some time as the clocks were not changed after the time change several weeks earlier, so probably simply the results of a very deep cleaning. There was a coffee pot and waffle maker for our use. Fridge was spotless. The price was great, and owner a true joy to work with. Wifi worked well. The only 'surprise' was the condo states it's on the second floor...but it's actually three flights of stairs as the parking garage 'floor' is not counted as a floor, and there was no elevator (that we could find), so be prepared to haul your stuff up stairs three floors. But, the silver lining...that's one way to acclimate to the altitude going up and down three flights of stairs. This property was perfect for our four-day stay for us parents and two kiddos. We would return in a heartbeat! Thanks Leslie for a wonderful stay!"

  • Awesome view of Copper Mtn ski resort, walking distance

"We stayed here over the Christmas 2015 for a few days with our three sons, daughter-in-law, and girlfriend. There are basically four levels to this condo, so lots of stairs! The bottom level is the garage and laundry, the 2nd level is the kitchen, dining, and living area, the 3rd level is the Master bedroom & bathroom, and the 4th level is a private bedroom, a bathroom and the loft area. Everything was stocked well. It was very clean. We enjoyed the view as well as the fact that we could walk to and from the ski resort. I was slightly nervous at first when the owner wouldn't accept a credit card for payment, but after visiting with her on the phone, I felt more comfortable and everything went smoothly. I would definitely stay here again!"

  • Perfect!

"We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Michael was very responsive from the initial inquiry. We met at Starbucks to get the key, and he gave us several good suggestions for restaurants and for viewing the beautiful mountain scenery. The weather was perfect, the aspens at the peak of color. The condo itself is beautiful and has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is convenient and we could not have asked for more! Thank you for an enjoyable experience!"
