  • perfect spot for a family with teens

"This condo, a short walk from the slopes, has the perfect layout for a family gathering. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and ample plates/cups/etc. The beds are comfortable and the building is quiet. We go up to Copper many times each winter and often stay slopeside but the condos are too small and frequently have poorly equipped kitchens. This place was perfect. Only drawback = slow elevator but that seems unimportant in the grand scheme."

  • Great Vacation Spot

"We rented this condo so we could watch our grandson while our son and daughter-in-law skied and it worked out perfectly. The location is wonderful. It's a nice place - everything is pretty clean. I had read another review that it was noisy because of being near the hot tub, so I brought a little fan for some "white noise" if needed. Several people used the hot tub but we didn't have any problems with noise. If you need to use the pull-out couch for a bed I would recommend bringing blow-up beds instead. The pull-out mattress is in pretty rough shape and not very comfortable. I would also recommend bringing a little blanket or sheet to cover the window in the master bedroom (I think it would be the south window). There is a light there that stays on all night and the blinds don't keep it out. I had brought clothes pins and just hung a little sheet over the window and that worked fine. We also brought our own towels and would do so again. You are supplied with a few but not much. There were a lot of "you must do's" in the paper-work so it seems a little over-whelming at first. But really it was just basic stuff that you would most likely do in your own home like take your shoes off, and keep things cleaned up. We got one underground parking space which kept our car out of the snow so that was awesome! All-in-all it is a very cute comfortable place. We would recommend it and would definitely rent it again."

  • Great location at Spruce Lodge

"Spruce Lodge is right at the base of American Eagle and American Flyer lifts, in Center Village. You can ski directly to the door at the end of the day! The room is nice and big, with plenty of seating and places to eat (bar and large table). The kids room has a bunk bed, so our kids didn't have to sleep together. The kitchen is well stocked with condiments and utensils. The down sides were that the gas fireplace didn't work. There is an opening, like a window but without glass, near the ceiling between the kids room and the master bedroom, so you can hear everything! Also, the coffee maker is missing the filter tray, so we weren't able to make coffee. The parking garage is very small, so don't try to get a big car, like a Suburban, in there. The walls are pretty thin and we heard our neighbors alarm go off at 6:00 am (obnoxious rap music). Overall, it was a great place and we will stay here again!"

  • Great location, nicely decorated condo

"The condo fit two adults and two kids comfortably. It was nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked, main BR king memory mattress was comfortable, bathroom was a decent size, 5 min walk to lift and nice outdoor hot tubes and a mini pool that the kid's really enjoyed. Only down side was that the queen pull out had a big bend in the mattress (14 yr old slept side ways) and the pull out ottoman twin was thin (11 yr old slept on love seat instead)."
