  • Best at Copper

"Owner was very kind, fast to respond and easy to work with. We've stayed at the Cirque a few times now, great location that is a short walk to Center Village and the slopes/ski school to the west. Bus stops are a short walk so you can easily access all of Copper. This unit has a patio you can access a path that leads you right to a ski run or path that will bring you to Union Creek/Kokomo (ski school) or American Eagle/American Flyer (Central Village). The unit is right next to the main back door to access the path to the slopes and the underground garage. Nice condo, clean, quiet and well kept. You wont find a place with better pools, the kids love them. Even when it's snowing and cold they stay warm and offer a relaxing evening after a long day of great Copper skiing. The large hot tub is great for adults to hang out in the evening and get to know the other vacationer's at the property. One of the pools is great for toddlers, it gradually slopes from 0 to 2.5 feet. The main pool has great water features to make it fun for older kids. Our 3 and 8 year old love the pools, skiing and easy access to everything from this ground floor unit."

  • Great property, amazing owner

"This owner went well out of her way to make our ski vacation special. We corresponded about equipment rental, lift tickets, dining, and other activities to do. She mailed everything we needed in advance and responded to questions nearly immediately every time. She even collected BOGO lift ticket coupons and sent them to us! As for the location, the unit is ski in/ski out from a blue trail. If you're looking for green runs, the closest is about a 100 yard walk so not bad. The side of the mountain where the beginner area/ski school is located is accessed by bus which is right out front of the condo. Ski rental was literally a 2 min walk and dining options were close by as well. The free bus to Frisco is nice as thats really the best option for groceries. The unit was nice and very clean but shows signs of age, especially the kitchen cabinets. Everything worked fine and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The beds were good, not great, but after skiing all day, I could have slept standing up. The living/dining area was good with a great TV and ample seating, the only thing missing was a recliner or ottoman to put your feet up. The pull out sofa was as advertised, recommended for children. The unit stayed warm our entire trip. We never used the fireplace and in fact the only time we touched the thermostat was to turn the heat down! I'm a general contractor and I can tell you that this building is well built and apparently extremely well insulated. The locker room was very handy and opened directly to the ski area requiring only a 40 foot walk up a slight hill. The laundry facilities in the building were fine. We didn't drive a car but did see the garage on the first level (when we took out the trash) and its enclosed and well lit with plenty of room for parking if you have the hang tag. We used a van service to/from the airport and glad we did as the road conditions were pretty bad the day we left (20"+ snow our last 2 1/2 days!). We intend to return to Copper and if available, we'll stay in this unit again. Accommodations 4 stars, host 5+ stars"

  • Outstanding value!

"Everything was exactly as represented. The condo was extremely well supplied and organized - we loved how everything was labeled. Even though the kitchen is small, it had everything we needed and we were able to prepare full meals easily. We are a family of four and the accommodations were very comfortable. The location was excellent - our youngest is 7 and 1/2 and she had no problem walking to the closest lift. Having 2 bathrooms and an additional sink outside the main floor bathroom was very nice. The garage parking is a great advantage. We also liked the use of security codes to enter the building, storage area and condo, eliminating the need to check in and get a key. We did have a couple of minor issues that were immediately handled by Jamie, the property manager. The day we checked in, the only elevator broke down. Fortunately, we got our luggage up to the condo before that happened. We did have to carry groceries up the 5 flights that evening, though. This could have been a major inconvenience had Jamie not gotten the elevator repaired the next day. The fireplace was inoperable, but again Jamie fixed it right away. Having an onsite property manager dedicated to customer service is a huge plus for this property. Because we are snowboarders, the ski locker was a little tight. We were able to fit all 4 snowboards in the locker, but if you bring more than 4, be prepared to remove bindings each night to store them all. All things considered, you can't beat this property for the price!"
