"The condo itself was great! Ample amount of space for my husband and I, our two teenage sons, as well my parents and husband's mom. A couple things we were not aware of prior to arrival is the condo itself only has one parking space included. We ended up choosing free parking which was literally on the other side of Copper Mountain resort. The hot tub was fantastic! And we had a sauna right outside our door! The condo has a limit of 10 people, and we only had seven in our party. I would encourage you to bring extra towels for hot tub unless you want to take time to wash/dry them while you stay, as we only had seven towels total. One thing that was really troublesome for our party is there was no clear path from our condo to Center Village. The driveway was super icy with a downward slope, and there was literally NO sidewalk cleared that you did not have step over a foot of snow to get to a cleared walking spot. This was particularly difficult for our party as our elder parents came along, so we worried about them venturing out while we were skiing. The condo was clean and had all supplies we needed while there! The ski-in, ski-out is exactly as stated, we didn't have problems finding the ski in. The condo was also in a very quiet spot, and even though it is not ski slope views, the views were still very beautiful!"

  • Great Slopeside Condo - a bit far to be truly ski in/out

"This was our first trip to Copper Mountain - wow, what a phenomenal mountain. I definitely see why it's a locals favorite. We, a group of four adults, stayed here five nights in late February and the condo had plenty of space for all of us. Overall, the condo was very nice and comfortable, but not what I would call 'luxurious'. On the plus side: Ron was great to work with, he made the booking and check-in process extremely easy It was a very nice condo with decent amenities and the kitchen was well stocked Beds and sofas were comfortable, the condo was very clean Underground heated parking is great to have Hot tub and gym were nice The down side: The condo could use some additional furnishing in the master bedroom; no dresser and no hangers in the closet - frustrating to have to live out of a suitcase for 5 nights From the ski locker room, you will have to walk several hundred steps to get to either the American Flyer or American Eagle lifts. This was much further than we anticipated, but seemed about average for Copper's base area. The ski locker room also only had benches outside in the lobby area. As previous reviewers have mentioned, the view from the condo isn't great, just a roof and more condos Not of the 'downside' issues were deal breakers and overall I would recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again. On a side note, I would not recommend renting equipment from the ski shop on the first floor of Copper One Lodge. My wife and I have taken 1 to 2 ski trips every year for the past 18 years and have never paid as much as we did at this rental shop - almost $60 per day for demo skis (incl. tax and damage waiver). I could overlook the high price if the equipment and service was great, but even the demo skis were very beat up and many of the employees are borderline worthless."

  • Great place to stay - great owner to work with!

"The Soper's condo provided the perfect accommodations for our 10-day stay. The condo included a safe place to lock our mountain bikes just outside the front door. There's a rec trail just outside the condo where you can ride for miles beside a beautiful stream and see deer, geese, chipmunks and I even saw a groundhog! There are countless trails near the condo to hike or ride mountain bikes. The condo itself was clean and comfy - exactly what we were looking for!"

  • Spacious Condo with beautiful views

"When we decided to use VRBO, we couldn't have known that we made the best decision of our trip. We were there as part of a wedding, so we were able to see many different condos. Ours was by far the best! It was spacious, well maintained and quiet. This was our first time in CO. A few days before the trip we received a text from the property owner wishing us safe travels, upon arrival we were greeted with a nice personal note and a few treats. Copper Mountain is beautiful on its own, but Jim and Irene have thought out the little things to make your stay great. They have a humidifier in the room, there is a regular coffee pot and Keurig and a DVD library for the TV. Thank you for being a part of our journey to Colorado. We had a great time!"
