  • Great Place!

"What a hidden gem this place was! Our first time in Colorado as well as our first time skiing couldn't have been such a success had we probably stayed somewhere else. I couldn't believe how close we were to all the major resorts such as Keystone, Loveland, Frisco, and Breckenridge. And couldn't forget the bird's eye view of the beautiful mountain range from our patio either. The owner was helpful and very easy to reach. Any questions I had were answered within the same day and the contract was straight forward and easy to understand. Although the exterior can be somewhat misleading, once you get inside, the interior is clean and comfortably inviting to the weariest of travelers. The living space is cozy but spacious at the same time. We had plenty of room for our luggage and ski gear but still able to speak and hear each other from across the hall. The kitchen came fully furnish with lots of kitchenware that we were able to use freely. WiFi and cable TV were available to us but we barely used the latter. We were even provided two available parking spaces which was definitely a plus. All in all, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a great deal without having to sacrifice quality. It's definitely possible we'll stay here again the next time we take up snowboarding."

  • great condo!

"This Dillon condo is clean, comfortable, and quiet, and Frank is very helpful. It has an outstanding view of the lake and mountains. Having a car, a major plus is that it is conveniently located to easily day ski the numerous major resorts along the I-70 corridor. Close to restaurants and shopping as well. Thanks Frank, we hope to return again."

  • Comfortable, Clean, and Very Convenient to Winter/Summer Activities Locations

"I was quite pleased with this condo. The location was ideal for our ski vacation. It is a short and scenic drive to world class ski mountains like Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper and Arapaho Basin. And the view of the lake and mountains are fantastic. I look forward to staying here again. Amy is a pleasure to work with. Everything went perfectly."

  • Great week in Dillon!!

"My family of 12 (6 adults, 6 kids ages 9-17) just returned from a great trip to Dillon Colorado, where we stayed in this wonderful 6 bedroom home. The owners were very friendly, and super easy to work with. The layout was perfect with two large bedrooms (king bed in one, 4 twins and 2 fulls in the other!) and a bathroom upstairs where we put all the kids. There was a large landing area too, with a futon where yet another person could have slept. This left 3 additional bedrooms with direct bathroom access (2 on the main floor and one in the basement) for the adult couples, and yet another bedroom in the basement for my teenage son, who wasn't so much into the togetherness! The kids had a great time playing pool in the basement. We made s'mores at the fire pit out back, and cooked wonderful meals in the upstairs kitchen. The kitchen was a bit disorganized, so we had a little trouble finding things, but in the end we were able to locate almost everything we needed. We had a minor issue with the washing machine, but it was fixed immediately with no hassle on our part. My only word of warning would be a simple heads up about a unique situation at the house. As the owner states, this is a vacation home they use nearly every weekend. My family loves to use VRBO because we get to move into a fabulous house in a great vacation area, and pretend it is OURS for the week. Staying at the Dillon house was more like staying with another family, minus the people. The owner's things were everywhere. This was a bit off-putting when we first arrived, but by the end we didn't really mind. I just think it's important to go into it knowing what you are getting into. When I expressed concern about this before our arrival, the owner was very kind to clear out some extra space for us, which helped a lot. The biggest problem we had was in the kitchen. There was not a single empty cabinet to unload the food we had brought (12 people eat a lot of food in a week!) and the fridge and freezer were about half full with the owner's things. After a little relocating and consolidating, we were able to make room and get our stuff unpacked. All in all, this was a great house and a good rental experience. I would recommend renting this house to anyone!"
