  • Beautiful place central to all the fun!

"The condo was very nice and well equipped! Very easy access to all the resorts! Thank you Carr family for providing your home away from home for us!"

  • Awesome

"Thank you so much for the wonderful, clean accommodations at your lakeside condo! The beauty of the mountains outside the windows matched the well-maintained style of the interior--all very lovely. Our foursome spent spring break skiing, but wanted to stay overlooking the water. We had great access to the local towns and enjoyed the Dam Brewery as well! We loved the warmth of our stay--the hot tub was and added bonus! Carl--you are so helpful! Thank you for the attention you give to both the condo and your guests. It was much appreciated. We would love to return to the same place again, and highly recommend it! Audrey S. Silver Spring, MD"

  • Excellent location for skiing Summit County

"We were two couples on a ski trip to Summit County. Upon arriving we found the condo to be very clean and well appointed. It is a second floor unit directly across from the hot tubs and pool. Plenty of space for four adults and best of all is that each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The only issue we had was that the mattresses were old, uncomfortable and need to be replaced. Before I'd rent this unit again I'd make sure that the bedding has been upgraded. This location is fantastic for skiing Summit County. A-Basin, Breck, Keystone and Copper can all be driven to in 20 minutes or less. Vail is about 50 minutes down I-70. The is also a bus stop on the corner that will not only take you to the resorts but just about anywhere in the county. After skiing you can park your car and forget about driving until you head to the slopes the next morning. When we dined out, we walked to the Arapahoe Cafe, Pug Ryan's or any of the other restaurants which are a only a block or two away. We have skied the Rockies for over 35 years and have stayed in many rental units. By far and away staying at the Lake Cliffe condos is the best bang for your buck with respect to quality and location."

  • Excellent Condo in Dillon

"A great condo with probably the best views of Lake Dillon of any we have stayed. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was clean. Plenty of room for our family of five to rest after a long day on the slopes. Overall a great trip and place to stay."
