"My husband and I have stayed here many times and have found it to always be comforable and a great view of Lake Dillon. It is close to many shoping sites and restaurants. It is quiet and peaceful not a lot of noise but seems like we are the only ones there, I know that isn't true but it seems that way. Always a pleasant stay and Nancy is great to deal with friendly and helpful, it is always a pleasant and restful adventure when staying there, we give it "6" stars!"

  • Perfect Location for skiing the Summit!

"We had a great week skiing with friends and family - location was ideal for skiing - the hardest decision we had everyday was choosing which mountain. We arrived without any difficulty, although I can see if the road had been icy, it might have been difficult getting up the hill to the house. Everything was clean and ready to go - kitchen had everything we needed and the grocery store was right down the street. We cooked almost every night and found the big dining room table perfect to sit around at dinner and swap stories of the day. The hot tub was well used, and the beds were all very comfortable. We did have up to 11 adults - the three king rooms were terrific, but the bunk room was probably more suited for kids as none of the adults wanted to sleep on the top bunks! There are also two pull out couches upstairs which appeared to be very comfortable, and the TV worked well. Overall, we had a great week. Again, the location is terrific if you want to be smack-dab in the middle of Keystone, Vail, Arapahoe, Breckenridge, and Copper. And Kevin, the owner, was very available and kept in touch the entire week to make sure all was well. Oh, and if you are in Dillon on a Wednesday, go to the Arapahoe Bar (in the basement) for the burger night special!! Best burger I think I have ever had! Thanks for the great week!"

  • A Wonderful Stay, Just Right for Couples

"Everything was neat, clean and updated. The kitchen has everything needed down to a glass baking dish. The king size bed and bedroom furnishings were very nice and just fine for couples and singles and the lake view from the front deck is great; traffic in front of the unit is minimal and mostly fun for people watching as cyclists go by. The lock on the front door was a bit tricky at first but I got it down eventually. The hot tub down by the (smallish) pool has a great view of the lake as well, adding to a wonderful stay."

  • Very Pleased !!

"Nice condo, good location and incredible views at a reasonable price. The unit was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and well equipped. The welcome basket was a nice touch. Close to great skiing at Keystone, Copper and A-Basin. A spectacular view overlooking Lake Dillon greets you when you wake up in the morning and provides a mellow setting for relaxing after a day of skiing. We also enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. Had a great stay."
