  • Excellent Weekend Get Away

"This was a great house for my birthday weekend. There were mostly couples staying with us and all the rooms were perfect for them. It was a great location for skiing at Keystone and going into the town of Dillon. Only issue we had was the hot tub stop working the second day we were there. Thankfully it was very warm and beautiful so it did not affect us too much. Joe was very helpful before my stay and while I was there. I would 100% recommend this house. We will be looking into weekends next year!"

  • Home away from home

"This a very well maintained home that is tastefully decorated. The property manager James was so helpful and always available. We loved that the home is close to town and the slopes big has a wonderful secluded feel with the national forest backing up to the deck. We had a great time in the hot tub (maintained daily). Thank you for sharing your property!"

  • Excellent Condo at a Resonable Cost

"Staying at this condo was a very pleasant experience. There was plenty of room for our entire family (8). We flew in from Dayton, Columbus, Cleveland (OH) and Columbia (SC). This was our first family ski trip on a real mountain, and it was an unforgettable trip. The location was ideal, right next to Keystone and a short drive to Breckenridge. The kitchen was fully supplied with everything we needed for meals and there were more than enough towels. The extra towels are in a dresser upstairs, which we didn't find right away. Most rooms had a thermostat, so everyone could make adjustments for their comfort level. Lynn was an outstanding owner, who went out of her way to make our stay very memorable. Our checkout date was on Superbowl Sunday, and we thought that we would miss half the game driving back to Denver. Lynn was exceptionally generous an allowed us to stay until after the game. We were stunned on how nice and understanding she was. It's a rare occasion when you come across a person like Lynn. We hope to make a trip back next year, and stay at the same place. GO BRONCOS!"

  • A great mountain town getaway

"Our group of five had a wonderful 4 night stay at the home. There was a hiccup at the start of the stay but Dianne handled it fairly and was pleasant to work with. The location really makes this property as it is tucked away in a very quiet-quaint mountain "neighborhood" in Dillion. With the amenities of a town (grocery, restaurants, liquor store, gas station) within a 5-10 min drive. At the house the back yard area is spacious enough to give you a remote feel but still within an enclosed area. We enjoyed nightly fires and viewing the stars. As for the house itself it is very much as the profile on here suggests. Not glamorous but was clean and had a nicely homely feel to it and you cant beat the 2nd floor balcony, wow what a view. Definitely recommend and would stay again."
