  • Wonderful Location, Great Property with Convenient Features

"This condo was perfect for us. You can walk to main gondola/lift, with the heart of River Run village immediately behind that, in about 2 minutes. The property has an indoor, heated parking garage, a very nice heated ski locker room with a free, large locker individually assigned to each unit, and a heated pool and two hot tubs, complete with pool towels. The unit itself had two TVs with cable and Netflix, a very easy-to-use gas fireplace, a spacious bathroom and plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. It was very quiet at night and easy to sleep. Finally, the host provided clear, detailed instructions for everything you need to know and was very quick to respond to questions. For the sake of giving a well-rounded review, I would point out that the condo is pretty small. With the bedroom and the pull-out, it definitely COULD sleep 4, but you might feel crowded. One of the two hot tubs was broken during our stay, which resulted in the working hot tub being constantly crowded, and the property ran out of pool towels one of the three days we were there. Also, the property is very secure, which is generally a good thing, but it could get annoying having to swipe your key card multiple times just to take your skis to the locker or go to the hot tub."

  • Great Place!

"What a hidden gem this place was! Our first time in Colorado as well as our first time skiing couldn't have been such a success had we probably stayed somewhere else. I couldn't believe how close we were to all the major resorts such as Keystone, Loveland, Frisco, and Breckenridge. And couldn't forget the bird's eye view of the beautiful mountain range from our patio either. The owner was helpful and very easy to reach. Any questions I had were answered within the same day and the contract was straight forward and easy to understand. Although the exterior can be somewhat misleading, once you get inside, the interior is clean and comfortably inviting to the weariest of travelers. The living space is cozy but spacious at the same time. We had plenty of room for our luggage and ski gear but still able to speak and hear each other from across the hall. The kitchen came fully furnish with lots of kitchenware that we were able to use freely. WiFi and cable TV were available to us but we barely used the latter. We were even provided two available parking spaces which was definitely a plus. All in all, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a great deal without having to sacrifice quality. It's definitely possible we'll stay here again the next time we take up snowboarding."
