  • 1 Bedroom with 2 Full BATHS

"The only reason I'm giving this four stars is because there wasn't much storage space. However, we made do, and the views from the patio, living area, and bedroom were amazing. Having a king size bed was a real plus, and this is the ONLY place that we have stayed at that had Cuisinart pots and pans and Henkels knives. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of cleaners, there were condiments in the refrigerator, tea in the canisters, lots of linens and pillows in the closet. I realize that it's impossible to please everyone, but the landlord, Mr. Anderson, I believe, did a great job at communicating with us and giving us lots of information on how to get to the condo, shuttle, groceries, restaurant, and departure instructions. After dealing with other VRBO "landlords/property managers", this one was a real GEM! We really appreciated this, and we would stay here again."

  • A great mountain town getaway

"Our group of five had a wonderful 4 night stay at the home. There was a hiccup at the start of the stay but Dianne handled it fairly and was pleasant to work with. The location really makes this property as it is tucked away in a very quiet-quaint mountain "neighborhood" in Dillion. With the amenities of a town (grocery, restaurants, liquor store, gas station) within a 5-10 min drive. At the house the back yard area is spacious enough to give you a remote feel but still within an enclosed area. We enjoyed nightly fires and viewing the stars. As for the house itself it is very much as the profile on here suggests. Not glamorous but was clean and had a nicely homely feel to it and you cant beat the 2nd floor balcony, wow what a view. Definitely recommend and would stay again."

  • Great Experience

"Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came in the summer with 2 toddlers & a baby. It was really great. We had plenty of room for everyone, enjoyed the hot tub, place was clean. The kitchen & bathroom are new everything else is a bit dated but everything was in good working order so that was totally fine for us. We would definitely come again."

  • Central, but not crowded

"We discovered Dillon after a few years of fighting the crowds in Breckenridge and we'll never go back. We love to visit, ski, and shop Breckenridge, but staying in Dillon is perfect. This condo is on the trail by the lake, so we returned to peaceful walks away from the crowds. The restaurants are much less crowded, very close and pretty good, but what we enjoyed most was cooking in the unit. This condo is very well supplied with multiple coffee options (Keurig, drip and even French press), a crock pot, very nice pots & pans and even a griddle. One night we grilled out on the Weber grill. We didn't think we would watch much TV, but the 40" television and sound bar along with the selection of movies made relaxing in the evenings very enjoyable. The building is small, so there wasn't much competition for the pool or hot tub. Oh, yeah, the bus stop is just across the street. We plan to come back to ski Keystone, because it's so easy to get there. You'll love this place and the owners are very helpful."
