  • Awesome Home!!!!

"What a wonderful property...beautiful home, awesome location. This property was perfect for our visit out to Beaver Creek. We loved the open kitchen area and our granddaughters enjoyed playing in the snow right in the back yard. My family as well as my sister's were very comfortable; lots of space for the 3 granddaughters. They loved the bunk room and the loft above master bedroom. Felt so comfortable and so much better than hotel. The owners were awesome to work with and responded quickly to any questions I had. Plan on booking this property again next year. Thanks so much to the owners for sharing their 2nd home with us. Truly an amazing property!"

  • Wonderful Ski Trip!

"This beautiful condominium is well-situated in the heart of the charming Beaver Creek village. We were four adults and four children and we stayed very comfortably in the unit. The kitchen was well-stocked with essentials and there were many restaurants a short walk away. The Beaver Creek Lodge is a short walk from the kids' ski school, the Centennial Express Lift and the Strawberry Lift. There is free ski storage downstairs and Christy's Sports has a rental shop and retail shop right downstairs. Also not to be missed is the crepes and cookies shop right downstairs. The other nice thing about the Beaver Creek Lodge is that although we stayed in this condo, we had other friends who were able to book hotel rooms in the same building. The skiing in Beaver Creek is top-notch, with a variety of terrain and Beaver Creek really makes everything very easy and accessible. From this beautiful condominium (as shown in the pictures), we walked over to the Villar Performing Arts Center one night and watched a Broadway caliber show. The housekeeping service provided by the owner was excellent. The housekeeper even did groceries for us for a fee. The owner was very responsive and communicated with us very quickly. She even sent us an Easter Basket to welcome our families to Beaver Creek. Overall, a wonderful stay and we would definitely repeat it!"

  • Excellent townhouse

"We stayed on the property for 5 months this past winter. The town home we stayed in was large, well constructed, clean, and well stocked. The owner and manager of the property were very accommodating. When we needed a vacuum for our unit because our dog was shedding we were permitted to go out and purchase a vacuum and deduct the cost from our rent. We had a issue with our garbage disposal and it was replaced immediately. The property is conveniently located between Eagle and Gypsum near the airport and Costco. If we were looking for a rental in this area in the future we would definitely consider returning to this property."

  • Mountainside Contemporary

"Point of View is a unique, contemporary design that the owner has furnished with lots of abstract and contemporary art. Great for entertaining, it has lots of open space with nice views through the many windows, and several patios/decks outside. The kitchen is well furnished and the big, long dining room table is perfect for a large group. We also enjoyed the covered hot tub with it's private view of the mountain. Be prepared for stairs...because the house is on the uphill side of the street, the main level of the house and three of the four bedrooms are up at least one level. Also, there is no separate bath room other than bath rooms for each bedroom...because of the stairs, a minor inconvenience. Just off the main road between Avon and the Beaver Creek Resort, this is a great location for getting anywhere in the Vail Valley. The owner and the house manager were very responsive and a pleasure to work with."
